At first I was attracted for the sleek, compact style and color, then the Canon rep in the store did a great demo covering many of the features, so I decided to give it a try. It's been great, good color printing and seems to be very ink efficient so far.

Bought this printer to replace our old HP printers. Very happy with it. It worked flawlessly. Print quality is very good for home office use. Very easy to sync with iPads and laptops computers. It looks very pretty, clean and modern too.

Very good printer, looks excellent and sleek. Easy to setup. I got this to print DVD/discs and it works very good. I have been using Epson printers for discs for several years and this is my first Canon. Love it.

Pros: -The scan-to-mac functionality works really well. -Print quality is okay compared to the wide array of printers available at BB or great when considering the price tag of the unit compared to the aforementioned, higher-quality printers. -Not as ugly as it's Canon predecessors (*note: admittedly super subjective, but isn't all of this review? <--rhetorical) Basically though, I liked it's aesthetics since it complements my other white and silver desktop-stationary devices and iMac. In addition, the size of this machine does not require a whole new desk to accommodate it. Not too big but not too small either (twss). -Installation on my Mac was incredibly easy (*Disclaimer: I work in IT and tend to be an early adopter. RESULTS MAY VARY.). Cons: -Loading tray underneath is kind of awkward to fill with paper but not a big deal at all, just worthy of a brief mention. -Per usual of the greedy printer/ink industry and my personal biggest gripe, the ink on this thing is running out relatively quickly with and/or without use it is depleting rapidly (about 1/5 - 1/4 of all cartridges are empty after about 25 pages of light-printing and a month of ownership). BB employee told me to run a test on the printer, if not in use, every week to help ameliorate this issue but I have seen little change in how quickly the ink drains. Always been this way though with any all-in-one printers I've ever owned over the last 15 years. Conclusion: All in all, this printer was exactly what I was looking for as I was tired of running to Kinko's, friend's houses, etc. last minute to print things (UPS labels, legal documents, etc.). I'd definitely recommend the printer to others looking for a one-stop shop, easy-to-use printer at Best Buy (*use Amazon for price comparison and save a few bucks if buying in-store).

Excellent copy machine. Packaging was great! It was so easy to program to our computer and phones. NOTHING has ever been this easy!!! It's quiet and copies/pictures turn out beautiful. We love this copier!

I previously had a Canon printer and it lasted better than nine years. I did some research on another Canon printer and decided on the PIXMA MG7720. It was easy to set up and I like the fact that it's wireless. I bought this printer because I like to print photos and the Canon is supposed to be one of the best print quality for photos. I haven't tried it for photos yet but am happy with the print quality on word documents. The only thing I don't like is that it has the extra cartridge in gray. I usually purchase my cartridges separately instead of in a package with several colors because they all seem to run out at a different time. Having the gray makes it one more cartridge I have to purchase.

Although there was a setup disk for Windows, Canon decided not to include one for Mac!!! The printed "Getting Started" guides (there are 2 you need to work your way through) left out the final setup steps for wireless printing. The downloaded driver for Mac (remember no disc included?) actually downloaded 2 different drivers, one being obsolete and missing the utility functions. Had to call Canon for the answer on which to use. Glad Customer Service was responsive with a short wait time. Also asked Canon how to select black & white printing and was told that only their higher priced printers have that capability. I was also told that even when you set up for B&W from the print dialogue windows, the printer prints in gray scale so it is still using color inks (and they ain't cheap). I would have returned this printer if it didn't produce the best color photos I ever made with almost no image tweaking.

I love this printer. Not only does it do everything like those big clunky printers, but it has a small footprint. The quality of the photos are even better than an HP printer that I have.

Does everything I ask it to do. Prints fast and is very easy to use. Printing is very clear and we can use it with all our wi Fi devices, phones I pad and Dell lap top. It also prints excellent pictures. The scanning feature also is quite efficient. Would recommend this equipment.

This printer was easy to set up, only took about 15 minutes. Seamlessly works with my Iphone and 3 Ipads. Also prints great photos.

I wanted a great printer, at a good price. Found it in the Cannon. Pretty easy set-up. Didn't need to do too much cursing to get through it! Prints fast and I find it to be great at scanning as well. Would've been nice to have the multi sheet scanning/copying, but it wasn't a huge deal for me. We needed it for a home/small office printer. I also bought it for the separate ink cartridges. Only drawbacks so far, would be the small paper tray, and that I've had to turn it on manually n occasions. Love it when I can print from my phone or iPad over the wifi without issues! Can't go wrong with it!

This is the third Canon printer I've purchased in the past 10 years—the others worked great but needed to be replaced as operating systems have advanced. I'm happy with the print quality and aesthetics of this printer. Wireless printing works without any issues, too. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is due to the touch panel screen on the printer. The navigation isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be ... and the icons seem like they are straight out of the 90s. Other than the slight annoyance of a lack-luster user interface, the printer is functionally solid.

Did a lot of research on a few printers and this one received great reviews compared to the others. It's smaller than my previous one, not as bulky. It's prints quickly and easy to use. I love that it is wireless, therefore, can be moved to different areas of the house. Easy to set up and it looks nice.

Easy to use, compact size, prints fast, good photos , very happy with this purchase. Had purchased a HP but returned it. It would either stop feeding paper or mangle it only after 25 copies. It was big, loud and shook, and did poor photos. Maybe just a bum unit. I knew I should have bought a CANON first.

Our Lexmark printer was giving me real problems both printing and working with Windows 10, so I started looking for a new printer. This printer was on sale at Best Buy, so I read reviews at Best Buy, CNet and at Amazon. All of the reviews were highly positive about his printer. You can always find a small number of negative reviews, but generally they were for "picky" issues that a normal person would not encounter or care about. Since the printer was on sale for less than half price (better than any other competitor), I decided to buy it. Once I got it home and unpacked, it only took me a few minutes to configure with my computer and cellphone. Having a cellphone connection was a big plus, since my old Lexmark would not work with it. I have found the printing to be excellent for regular paper, envelopes and pictures on photo stock. The only negative I can think of is there is no FAX capability, but is that a big deal. The printer will scan an image to your computer and you can email it, so is a FAX critical (I guess if your living in the last century). I am very pleased with this printer and when my daughter indicated she needed a new printer I went back to Best Buy and purchased a second one. Great product, great price.

This printer prints a great quality picture and is easy to use. My wife scrapbooks and loves the features and its abilities.

can not be happier with scanning ability and it is very easy to install and use wonderful print quality uses ink sparingly

This printer prints beautifully. However, there are a couple of things. First of all on an iMac (2010) it doesn't download all the features but does download them on my Samsung laptop. My last Canon 6200 series did the same thing. The other problem is that it seems to be rather touchy with regard to the wireless LAN settings. A quick change between print and save will cause it to lose the WIFI. Also, when changing the paper trays. It really shouldn't be that sensitive.
