Never able to sync with "2Wire/AT&T router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read many glowing reviews of this printer but was never able to actually use it. Printer setup was okay until the point when the machine is supposed to link up with our Wi-Fi. After spending a full day trying to get the printer to link up (many attempts using the online directions, three calls to tech support, two calls to AT&T tech support) I ended up taking the printer back for a new one of the same specs. After waiting a week for the new one, we tried setup again and had all of the same problems. This time I only spent half a day before giving up. We had a computer professional try and they had no more luck than I had. I then returned the Canon and bought an HP. No issues with connecting the HP printer to our network. I will say that the Canon gold color was very nice and blended well with the light wood furniture in the room. Too bad it just sat there doing nothing until I took it back.

Ink does not expire once opened like other printers where ink will dry up. Cons: Ink is pricey upfront (but cost of ink per print/sheet is cheaper than competitors). Overall great printer. Blows HP, brother, and others out of the water.
