I wish it could be easier to connect to devices and also I wish it would be possible for it to be connected wirelessly to multiple devices.

Documentation is rather poor. It took me a while to figure out how to print on CDs. Software is not user friendly and is not intuitive.

Very hard to set up.I have set up many wireless copiers in the past. This by far was the most difficult. Instructions were horrible.

It drinks ink, but performance is top notch. Next purchase will be a Brothers. Expensive, but saves money in the long run.

I like the printer,but the programs that come with it take some time to know how they work and how to use them.

I did not like it's limited memory card choices. I know XD memory was never took off; however, there are still several million out there and this device does not support them. I was also never able to get the printer to print pictures wirelessly from my laptop. I could print documents but not pictures using there software - I was forced to connect my laptop via USB.

How the format is not user friendly takes it to a pdf didn't ask for it to go there ink goes fast

Wireless keeps shutting down have to restart in order to use wireless from phone or iPad

Has worked well but only have used about 10 times.

The paper trays are hard to find. It keeps shutting off but we finally found out why.

this printer is decent but the ink refills cost almost $70.

A little confusing for a person without a lot of skills.

Not near as good as my previous Kodak printer. Takes forever to print a page. Thought the multiple ink cartridges would be cheaper to just replace the empty ones. But they are extremely high so cost is really more.

I bought this unit last July. I have used it so lightly that I have not even changed out the ink cartridges yet (and you know what ink hogs all these inkjets are). I have already received a fatal error that requires replacement. I don't get a new unit under Canon's warranty; I get a refurb. I can only imagine how that will go. I'm essentially sending them a brand new unit and get someone else's problem in return. So a $200 barely used piece of junk. Never again. I have had multiple HP printers and I have always gotten upwards of 10 years service from them (similar type/price range).
