This is now my third Canon printer and they have all been top notch! This being the best of the bunch. Easy setup on my Mac, ink last a decent amount of time and I love that the tanks can be purchased individually. Scanner seems faster than on my last Canon all in one printer. Print quality for photos is excellent!

Like several of my previous printer purchases, this Canon uses ink prodigiously and also warns me to replace cartridges way before I actually run out of ink in a specific cartridge. Also, it doesn't seem to have a consistent standby mode, as I've got to turn it on to begin a wireless print execution.

Overall it has worked exactly as expected. Setup was relatively easy. Wifi is preferred during setup, so don't try to circumvent and plug this in using a usb cord. Wifi printing is very quick from all devices. Scanning is quick as well. I picked this up on sale so it was a better deal and therefore 5 stars.

The printer started out okay; however later stopped printing wireless via two laptops and was making loud sounds when printing. Had to return for new one and seems to be okay for now. Prints fast and clean which are both nice.

The man that helped us was very informative about the printers we were interested in purchasing. Not a typical pushy salesperson. It is nice to see that Best Buy hires people like this. Made the difference of leaving your store without making a purchase or making the purchase there. Very satisfied.

Initial setup of the printer went as expected and all options seemed to work fine. The next day, the Air Print option stopped working. After 4 hrs of my computer tech working at $75/hr and multiple calls to Canon support the air print still doesn't work. My $200 printer has now cost me $500.

Inexpensive printer works fantastic. It prints images and photos really well. It has a lot of features I cannot really tell you about since I bought this specifically to print clear, crisp images. The ink is a bit pricey but it doesn't use as much as one would expect when printing color images.

This is a very solid printer, it performs exactly as advertised. I am very pleased the the touch screen in particular and the other features such as quiet mode and sleep function with on demand print feature as well. I am happy with my purchase and the price at best buy beat the competition!

While this printer prints great quality photos and copies documents well, I was unpleasantly surprised when it was time to buy ink. Get ready to open your wallet. About every six months though, so keep that in mind

Seems slow to recognize that it is getting something over wifi

I am enjoying my printer but haven't taken the opportunity to do the many functions that are available. I like the choice of cassettes both at the front of the printer. Printing of photo looks pretty easy. I'm curious about why it takes awhile to shut down when I turn it off.

I like the CD/DVD printing part of this printer. We make copies of family events and its nice to make them look professional. My only complaint on this is that is seems to take too much time to start and shut down.

With a long history of using printers, I have found many a problem from poor imaging, limited utility, inefficient use of toner. This printer excelled in all these areas. The built-in instructions made it very easy to operate in each phase of copier, scanner and printer.
