    This printer, scanner, copier is truly the worst I have ever owned. It never scanned, computer app was useless, ink was impossible to find (even online). After less than a year of use, the paper readily jams & it won’t print a color picture in anything but green. I had an epson printer that lasted me 4 yrs & printed beautiful photos right till it died.

    When I try to print, it seems as if it was a very old printer struggling to receive info from my computer. I tried the wireless, and even though I've set it up to be connected to the WIFI, it happens that I didn't even want to use it since it had been trying to catch info way too long. So I just sticked with using my usual my black and white printer instead!

    I purchased a Canon Pixma 7720 printer. The second time I used the printer, it stopped working. An error report was issued and the printer was unrepairable. I returned it today for an exchange.
