First wireless printer set up. Directions are basically pictures without much detail. However, worked the first time! Print copy is very good. I like that it allows you to print last page to first as it comes into tray. This is a default setting. Price was great and on sale, too!

Print quality seems to be pretty decent. As I am used to setup printers manually in computers, bit ok for me to install. But, it will be difficult to setup either for my kids or my wife - who just want to plug n play. Earlier, we were using HP printer - for which no specific software installation is required. You can always print from anywhere and with any device. Inorder to Scan or Print, we need to have Canon Software installed in your system/device - which may not be acceptable in current generation. But, I am satisfied with this all-in-one printer. This is not the one for the users, who just want to use printers/scanners instantly.

Perhaps I am behind times with the fact that the printer can now be part of my network and I can command printing from remote locations, but I am elated. Also the value and quality surpas my expectations.

Seems like I buy a new printer every few months but it is more like every couple of years. This copier replaces a HP8600 which worked well until it just quit working. This unit is smaller, a little slower and a little noisier, it is also a lot cheaper and the ink cartridges are much cheaper, uses 2 instead of 3. For home use it is perfect. Instructions for wireless hook up were not very good but videos on You Tube made installation and wireless connection doable without too much stress.

It took a little while to set up the printer, but eventually it worked. The online steps were very helpful when troubleshooting. Quality of printed material is nice and clear. Haven't used all the features yet, but I'm satisfied with my purchase so far.

This printer was worth the price. It was a little tricky to hook up to my computer and also wont keep a connection if the computer is in another room. Other than that works great. More quiet than other printer. Great quality on color prints.

Picked this up when it was on sale. Printer, scanner, fax and wireless for under $70. It was simple to setup and can be used to print from all of my devices, tablets,phone, laptop, etc.

Very good printer for home use. My only complain is that it dropped my laptop from the scanning list and now I have to delete it and start over. Otherwise very happy with it for the price.

Before I purchased the Canon - Pixma Mx492 Wireless All-in-one Printer I read both the positive and negative reviews on best buy from current customers. I have owned 2 prior Canon printers and have always been satisfied with their products. I setup the printer to print through my wireless home network. Works Great. I have also printed some pictures of my grandchildren using Cannon photo print paper, 4 x 6 and am happy with the quality. For the price this printer is a Great Value!

This product is an inexpensive all in one printer/copier/scanner/fax that was fairly easy to install (though could have been easier) that is working well so far. The print speed isn't that fast but adequate for occasional home printing.

This wireless printer meets my needs perfectly, but it would not be good for a busy office environment. Also, it is loud when it prints. I'm happy with it for wireless printing home use, especially for the price.

This Canon wireless printer is one of the most useful easy UI printer I have ever had. I bought it because I was getting very frustrated with my previous HP printer, which is now the most difficult printer I've used. The Canon Pixma printer is easy to setup and prints from almost any mobile device, iPad, iPhone, Android smartphone, laptop etc with ease. I highly recommend it. 5 stars.

This was a great price too! I saved almost 60% buying this at Best Buy and the cashier let me use my reward and secret reward in one transaction. First time I was really impressed with my savings at Best Buy. Also, I am not tech savvy and this product was very very simple to connect to my cloud. I can print from my phone and laptop.

This is a great printer, especially for the price. We needed it for a move when we were in between homes. We chose this one for the price, the document feeder and wireless feature. It has become our main printer and works great for our purposes. It was fairly easy to setup and the app is straight forward and easy to use.

This printer does everything I need it to, scans, faxes, prints from my phone. Prints from my phone very easy. Only bad part is that the ink don't last long BUT I do use it a lot for work. It was a good buy.

I have only successfully used this for wireless printing. Setup was okay but the manual was not clear about some of the steps for setup. I went online and found a video demonstrating it and had no problems after that. Tried to make a photocopy. Did not work, so I guess I will pull up a video online again. For wireless printing, it has been great.

It is incredibly easy to set up with wifi and very very simple to use. My wife who is not very tech savvy was worried she wouldn't be able to operate in because she was intimidated by the all in one "title" but she has absolutely no problems what so ever using this printer with her desktop, tablet or phone.

This printer was just what I was looking for (print, fax, scan & copy) & a great price. Front paper feed is nice. Good size print cartridges. Easy to set up. Works very well for a medium use situation.

This printer couldn't be more suited to my needs. It prints great picture quality work and the fact that it is wireless makes it all the better.

I bought this printer on black friday because of the name and the price. when I set it up I was blown away. it does everything, print, scan, copy and fax. It is a smaller printer for all the functions that it has. It prints fast, was no problem hooking it up to all of our devices. I will never buy another brand or type.
