Easy setup. Easy to use. Reliable. Great addition for any home office.

Purchased this printer because I needed a wi-fi capable printer. While the print quality is great with vibrant colors and pretty fast printing, the downfall is the buggy software. I use a Mac, which is compatible, to send print jobs to the printer. Often times, I have to resend 2 or 3 times before the printer finally recognizes the job. Had to turn of the printer a couple of times in order for it to finally work. I'm sure if you are directly connected it will be fine. But I think 99.9% of the time most consumers would use the wi-fi to avoid wires and such. Unless you have the printer connected to your router, by all means purchase it. But if you're using the printer's wi-fi connection, I would not recommend it.

Overall fine little printer for what it's doing- general and occasional printing of documents, occasional photos. Can at least feed paper to copy. Was initially more difficult to set up and connect, as not as easy to find driver online. Worked in the end tho!

Print very well as advertised. Easy to use. This is replacement from my aging Canon Pixma.

This was a great purchase. I'm happy with the quality and the price point. The set up was easy as well.

The printer itself is nice and is high quality. There is a lot of bloaty software that comes with it. They don't offer a simple driver solution for the scanner to work it seems like over wifi. You have to use all their software which is rather glitchy on Windows 10 pro 64 bit.

Best bang for you buck. Works great , prints clear and pretty fast. Thinking about buying a second one.

I bought this printer for my mother in law who was having trouble with her 1 year old Epson printer. After reading the reviews online, I decided to buy it for her. Set up was really easy, my wife actually did it while I was cleaning up the packing materials. Just loaded the disk in the laptop and followed the instructions. We have it set so she can print wirelessly and it works great. She has had the printer for a couple of months now and loves it! It's very easy to use.

I love the wireless feature and the quality of the color prints. However it would not link with my router despite numerous attempts meticulously following the directions. After multiple calls to Dell and Comcast, I finally was able to do it. Comcast admitted that it has a history of difficulty connecting to Dell wireless printers. Also wish the printer screen was backlit. It was difficult to hold a flashlight in one hand and the phone in the other, and try to punch in the manual connection codes as direvted. Thank goodness for the patience of the Dell and Comcast agents.

Surprise with this little gem. 4-in-one, very in-expensive, setup right away. Only con-noisy.

This is a good printer if you need it for documents or printing things for school. Louder than expected but prints pretty fast. Decent for the price

we needed to get her a fax for her business. we did not want to spend a lot of money. this printer/copier/scanner/fax met our needs perfectly. It is ink jet so there is no carbon transfer as from other lower priced fax machines. the bonus of a printer and copier allows a small business to use one machine for multiple purposes.

Dell stopped making ink for my old printer (A940) which was a good reliable printer I had used for years. I mainly used the printer to make patterns for woodcarving, scanning in pictures and then either reducing or enlarging them. That was the main feature I looked for in my new printer. This one does all that, but it's not quite as easy and user friendly as the old A940. All in all, it works fine and doesn't use up ink too quickly..
