Easy to set up and use for printing and copying. Have not yet used scanner and I have no land line for me to use as a fax. Wireless or wired. Good quality printing with both color and b&w. I also like that it is small enough to tuck away on a small shelf. Highly recommend especially considering the low cost of purchase for a home printer.

Great printer for the price. i needed something for home, not a lot of print jobs. This fits the bill perfectly. It is easy to use, not too large, and print quality is excellent. It is noisy but it isn't a problem for me.

Overall, very happy with the purchase. It did take a little bit of time to set up but works perfectly now. Not the quietest of printers but does the job. Exactly what we wanted given the cheap price!

I like this printer because it doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk. It prints quickly. Only drawback is that it's a little noisy. Understandable since it's not a laser printer. Works fine for my use.

Works well. My favorite feature is Air Print. So nice to be able to print direct from iPad. Prints are crisp and scanning works well. Nice unit for a very reasonable price.

I chose this printer due to the price & the Canon reputation for quality. I also wanted a printer that used only 2 cartridges rather than black & individual color cartridges. I have been very pleased with print quality on both documents & photos & have used the scan feature many times to scan old photos into my computer, then print. I haven't set up the fax feature yet.

I have had other brand printers that would not stay connected wirelessly no matter what. This one works each and every time I need it. Print quality is as good or better than other brands. Features are easy to find and use.

I purchased this printer for my classroom. As an special education teacher, I often need to print color copies or scan, within the classroom. My old printer, (which I loved) died. I was very hesitant about choosing this one; however, it turned out to be an extremely good choice! IT IS WONDERFUL! It prints beautifully! Color copies are sharp with appropriate shading. Best of all, the operation of the printer/scanner is very simple, which is wonderful for technologically-challenged humans...lol. I definitely recommend this printer.

I needed to get a new printer and I wanted a Canon again. I saw other Canons, for around the same price, that were just printers. Then, I saw this one on sale and decided to go with it because of all the features and at an amazing price. Set up is NOT difficult as long as you take the time to read the directions and follow them to the letter. Once I did that, instead of blindly assuming I knew what I was doing, it was smooth sailing. I am very pleased. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I haven't used all of the features yet.

I braved the Black Friday crowds and managed to get this printer for 60% off. It has all the features I need, printing, scanning, faxing, and the ink is not too expensive. It was easy to set up and begin printing.

I bought this printer for my grandmother. It replaced a wireless hp she used for printing from her iPhone (yep--my grandma is awesome). It is very easy to use and printing is a breeze. Great price and fax option is a plus.

Daughter didn't have a wireless printer, so this one fits the bill. They said easy setup, good print quality and really fast. I guess I made the correct choice.

This was given to me as a gift to replace my old Canon 2600 printer that I had for years. This printer has great print quality and I love the ease of use, quick power on, and the extra scan, copy and fax features. It did take some extra time to set up and start using, but I figured everything out to suit my needs rather quickly and now operation is a no brainer.

This product meets all my needs and expectations...black text is sharp and densely black Just what I was looking for. Setup and install was very easy , it' took about 15 minutes. I've had the printer for about three weeks now and really I am very impressed

I bought this printer for my sister-in-law when her current HP kept saying paper jam even though it was not jammed. This printer on sale costs the same as just a color and B/W ink cartridge for the HP. She only prints a couple times a month so this unit will work fine. Setup was very easy amd it linked to her wireless router very easily. Good value for the money.

Needed to replace an old Canon Pixma that dies, and wanted a unit that ould support easy wireless/cloud printing so anyone in the family could come into range and print from their tablets and phones if they wanted. The setup on this device was much easier than expected, and it connected to Google Cloud Print services without a hitch. Print quality is good, but it's too early to tell how the ink usage will be. Scanning was simple with good quality. Pros - Easy setup, excellent wireless print support Cons - A little on the bulky side. Used online guides to get the cloud print configuration instructions since the enclosed setup guides are sparse. Once I found the right guides setup was simple, though.

It's pretty loud. It has a silent mode? quiet mode? but I live by myself and nvr tried, so i don't know how that is. The ink runs out really fast; maybe not the black ink but the color ink does. For the price, printing quality is pretty good but it's slow. Not the best option for those who prints out over 10 pages at a time.

Printer prints great though a little slow and noisy, but neither of those are big issues for me. I had some problems getting it hooked up with my new Chromebook, but they're working together now. Haven't had any luck with the scan and fax options, but just haven't taken the time out to investigate. I'm very pleased with the photos I've printed.
