Good quality printer and a great price. Print quality is also decent.

The Canon Pixma MX492 does everything. It prints, copy, scans, and is a fax machine. For the price I think it's a great printer.

I don't do a lot of printing so I just needed something for low volume occasional printing. It was pretty easy to set up. I haven't tried the Bluetooth or scanning on it yet. The first one jammed with a piece of paper and I tried to pull it out and it got stuck. Luckily I purchased the protection plan and Best Buy gave me a brand new one. No issues so far.

Good price, convenient. Love that I can print straight from my phone & tablet.

I love the wireless printing. This printer is great! Especially being a student. It’s not loud. It’s the normal sound level of a printer. easy set up.

Simple little printer works great, prints/copies quickly (although there is a long pause before printing starts). The only wireless printer I've had that is totally reliable on just the WiFi network (and easy to set-up too!).

I really only use my printer for coupon printing and random documents. I have had no problems with scanning or printing and it is set up wirelessly.

I needed a printer for some basic reports with some color and didnt want it to be constantly hooked up to a laptop. This is a great printer to scan documents and make copies. Works with the wifi network so you can print without having to hook it up via cable to your computer. Quick and easy to use. Ink is reasonably cheaper to competition. Note this printer doesn't come with a USB cord

Like the light weight printer as I move it around a bit between two rooms. Its quick and does the job. I wasn't going to buy another printer as I have not needed one at home for over there years. Then had a rush of printouts and going to Kinkos just became nuisance. I just need to remember to print at least one color photo per week or so. Being a photo guy that's not a problem.

This printer was very easy to set up and use. It prints quietly and fast.

I bought this because it was one of the least expensive "all-in-ones" (printer/scanner/copier/fax machine). It replaced a similarly-priced Epson that advertised identical features but turned out to be missing a key feature: fax driver software. (It was necessary to print documents and then feed and fax them manually. Choosing fax as the destination, from the MacOS or Windows print command, was not possible.) Not only does the Canon come with fax drivers for Windows and MacOS, but all of the client software is top-quality! In particular, scan-to-computer jobs are very convenient to set up. Three gripes: 1. The line and phone jacks are designed in such a way that it's difficult to press the lever of an RJ-11 connector to unplug a phone cable. 2. The power port on the device is a polarized figure-8 (C7-P). A replacement power cable, or a longer one, is harder to find and costs more than the uniquitous non-polarized version. 3. The printer can serve as a WiFi hotspot, to which computers and mobile devices can connect directly, to print. In the hands of an amateur, this feature poses a major security risk. Turn it off, and print using AirPrint, regular network printer drivers, etc.!

Bought this for business use so those with Apple products could print as this is compatible for AirPrint. Took longer to setup since we were dealing with a business network instead of just a home WIFI. Once setup, printer works great! Wonderful quality and user friendly. Not a quiet printer so if you are looking for quiet, this one would not be for you.

Printing, copying, or scanning: this printer doesn’t it with high quality and very easy operation. The best printer for home use I’ve ever had!

I got this printer to replace an aging HP printer/scanner. Setup is confusing because menu is not easy to use. Have yet to find out how to scan a document using OCR. I will use it for WIFI printing but will stay with the HP for the scanning versatility (OCR) and ease of use.

Needed a new wireless printer/scanner for home use and this item has worked perfectly. Prints quickly and with high quality. Ink use has been reasonable. Printer is always on standby and ready to print. No need to do anything at the printer itself. Setup was seamless. Very satisfied with our purchase. Would recommend this item to others.
