Purchased this as a Christmas present for my mom. Replacing an HP printer that died after some kind if internal firmware issue. This unit is big, setup was fairly easy but took about 15 minutes to complete. Everything seemed to work fine after I finished the setup.

Great all in one printer for your home or small business.

This is a great printer for anyone who needs a home printer that is capable of doing more than just home printing, without having to get a full-size commercial office unit. I use it at home to scan, print, and copy a variety of documents, photographs, reports, and to print labels on CDs and DVDs. The only feature I don't use is the fax.

It`s a Canon . Best Buy matched the price I got on Amazon. Salesperson looked it up ,verified it . I didn`t have to wait for to be shipped. Sweet!

I purchased this printer for our home, and am happy with the print quality of pictures. I also like that it uses individual color cartridges and that the display shows you how much ink is left. This printer has a separate feeder for photgraphs. No need to change paper. Scanning required a little more setup, but I had this up and runnine in 1 hr.

Great printer for my home office. All features work great. Scan, Fax, Copy, Print. I use them all regularly, yes even Fax. Print Cartridges aren't too expensive, but this is absolutely the best printer I have owned. Will definitely purchase another Canon for sure.

The printer overall does all your basic printing and scanning options for pretty cheap. The toner for this printer is not very expensive either. I have had mine for over a year now no issues and I am able to print from Apple & android devices

This was a replacement for printer that "died" under warranty. I selected this one for it's features. Installation was a snap and unit has performed above expectations. I like that it has individual ink slots (5 cartridges) and can except normal or xl cartridges.

Very easy wireless setup. Had small difficulty scanning but once I figured out how to use the menu it is very easy to use all applications.

Wi-fi setup was very easy. Have tried every option except fax and they all work very well. Color documents and photos come out very well. One thing I miss is my old scanner function that allowed me to select the area to be scanned during a preview. With the Canon Pixma, I have to scan the entire sheet and edit the image afterwards. Not a big deal.

I use this copier not only for printing and coping papers ect. but I also print a lot of pictures on photo paper to be framed. This printer preforms extremely good, pictures look like they were done at a professional shop. I highly recommend it and the use of Cannon ink.

Printing is clean and system works very fast. Easy to install.

The initial setup was frustrating. The printer would not take an IP address nor show up to multiple computers on the network. After searching and changing a few settings, everything has gone smooth since. Print quality has been above expectations

Handles our business volume well. Drawback is the difficulty with loading paper over 8.5"x11".

Canon is a pretty good printer. First time I've purchased a Canon product. Getting use to it.

I like this printer but it is big and seems a bit slow.
