My only complaint is the fax function, obviously, requires a landline. All other functions are great. Have printed from I-Phone, I-Pad and MacBook. Can be a little slow, but quality is first rate.

I've not had the printer long enough to make an informed review, just responding to Best Buy. I've not configured the wireless, I'm running on cable. My first impression, printing from standby seems to be a little lengthy, maybe maintenance is meant to prolong usage. However, this is replacing an HP that I've had for about 8 years using a sub to Ethernet dogle. I thought the footprint was a little large. But consumer reports gave it a good review.

My husband and I love it. We walked to the store, this one stands out. It looks worth with the price. We purchased when it was on sale.

This is an amazing printer for the cost. A bit bulky and takes a min to warm up after not in use but pictures and documents look amazing.

Solid printer that accomplished everything that I needed it for. Pretty quick but took me a while to figure out a paperjam situation.

Bought this two months ago and am happy with it so far. It had the features that I wanted, including ability to print on CD/DVDs. In the first few days there were a couple of times that it reported being out of paper when it wasn't, but that hasn't happened again since then. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to connect it to my wifi network, but finally realized there were hidden options in the installation menu that I had to scroll through to find the one I wanted. Still using the original ink cartridges that came with the printer.

It makes beautiful photo copies and portraits, better than other copiers I've owned. I wish its printing capabilities, ex. speed were faster.

Amazing for the price, no connectivity issues, a lot of features. Only complaint is that color quality isn't always that great.

Works like a printer should work. Nice features. Like any inkjet printer, the cost of ink is always a factor. We have 2 of these units in our workplace.

Easy set up, great quality and we really like it a lot.

I had the hardest time setting it up. I did read the negatve reviews and I compared with what i have now,( I am a canon guy), and I took a chance since all the features looked atractve, for example, the cd printing is a very sweet deal to have along with the automatic double sided printing (saves you paper). the hardest part was setting up the wireless printing part. When you want a print out, you have to turn on your wifi on your computer. I realize the ink is very expensive , you can almost buy half a printer with a set of cartriges.

Easy to Set up, easy to print from computer or iPhone, and easy to change printer cartridges. Also, cartridges are reasonably priced!

This printer was easy to set up which is a big plus. So far, it has worked well. The print quality is great on documents and photos too. It is a bit slow but not annoyingly slow. Overall it is a great printer for the money.

Overall Printer is decent. Very noisy when operating, and kinda slow to print/respond but for the price you cant go wrong with all the utilities

I like this printer a lot better then my old HP printer. It cost a lot less then my old HP printer and has all the same features and prints better. Also the ink cartridges are cheaper.

I love the price, the easy set up and the speed of this printer. I had a Cannon for 2.5-3 years before this one. Went for an HP and gave it back in one week. I am canon fan forever now.
