Very good printer

The only thing that has gone wrong, has been a few paper jambs in the feeder. Overall this is a very good personal printer for home use.

Okay printer, challenging wireless set up

My laptop is new for work and does not have a CD Rom drive. I connected the USB port to install the wireless set up but still have not been able to see the printer.

Easy setup, confusing software

Was there a simple/single, 'Scan' button? Oh no, software had a dozen or so buttons with no labels and I had to keep guessing which one to select. Suppose that is what happens when the pointy-hair bosses make user-interface design decisions.
