Excellent product! I use this in a small business I would have given it a 5 star rating but you have to remove paper everytime you want to print an envelope there is not an alternate way to print envelopes. Overall it is amazing.

This is a great printer. Had some issues with the wireless setup (had to lookup youtube). But has been working great so far. I had expected it to be faster in terms of printing time. But since it is home use, I am fine with it

Good printer. I especially like feature for printing directly on CD/DVD. Wish it came with better software to design CD/DVD. The software that comes with it is very inflexible and difficult to work with.

After 5 years of excellent service, my old Canon finally died and the repair would cost as much as a new printer so I replaced it with the same, but up-to-date printer. I'm as happy with this one as I was with the old one!

I enjoy my printer except I have had difficulty in using the scanner. I have had to contact the Cannon support desk twice to help me scan documents. I have also had problems with my computer seeing the printer with the bluetooth.

I was in need of a new printer and this one has worked wonders for me. I don't use it for pictures or anything heavy like that, but it suits my needs and works great for iron-ons for shirts. It does take up quite a bit of desk real estate, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Seems to be a good printer I haven't been able to use the Wi-Fi part of it yet though because I haven't figured it out and Canon tech support isn't open on weekends. I haven't been able to get the Wi-Fi working on it yet

Printer is no longer available in this model and when the printer tray door would not function properly I received a store credit to purchase another printer at a later date. Best Buy service has improved over the last few years.

Good quality printer with adequate speed for home or home office use. I continue to buy Canon printers because replacing the ink cartridges is less expensive than HP. I just wish this printer would support 3"x5" card stock.

Ignored the bad reviews and hoped for the best. Especially since I got it for a great price. Really big, really loud, cleans jets each time before printing, time consuming, but then prints fast. Eats ink like crazy, don't know if I got full sized ink cartridges with purchase or just a starter, came with 2 blacks. The ink sucks up so fast you can see the ink level move as a page prints. I have printed less than 20 papers, with not much print on them and already need more ink. Now that's just scan and print, if you wanna talk printing from your laptop, it will take 10 minutes to start printing and then print 2 copies. At this point, I have been afraid to try with my tablet. What could go wrong??? Also, it wasn't the easiest printer to install, either. Wish my Brother had not konked out!

This machine was very easy to set up and use but it stopped working after a couple of weeks. I thought it was a good buy but very disappointed.

Replaced under warranty of my previous MX922. This is an excellent multipurpose multifunction printer, scanner, and fax machine; although I do not use the fax function; but I use the multiple document feeder option many times. The printer does excellent photo prints.

This is really an ideal printer/copier/scanner/fax machine! A bit large, and initially not easy to maneuver through the functions. Once you get the hang of it, you'll appreciate it!

I had a few Canon printers before this one. What made me get this was it's disc print, and printers features. I look forward to using its photos features. I recommend this for an new printer owner as a starter.

Actually this was an exact replacement. Good service from the first one......... and second one is now considerably cheaper (plus I still plenty of leftover ink). Print speed is relatively slow, but not a priority for me. Guess I liked it well enough to buy another!

My two older printers both decided to quit working at the same time, so I went to Best Buy and found this amazing printer for under $50! It prints clear and neatly! I even found refill ink online that fits that was under $25 for 8 cartridges! They work well too!

Got the printer to my doorstep in just a day. Didn't get a chance to use it yet and will update once I get it out for use. The only negative is that it doesn't use the same ink cartridges as my old MX 870.

I have not used the printer long enough for a review. I have been overseas for several months this summer but will be returning home soon. I anticipate that I will be using the printer more when I am home again. The short time I used it I was happy with results from printing.

I am very happy with the printer...except a set of ink cartridges costs about half as much as the printer. Cannon has followed the example of Kodak and their relatively inexpensive cameras requiring OVERPRICED film!!
