It takes a few minutes to ramp up and get going. But once it does it is very clean and good quality.

Home user, occasional printing. The unit is large, so uses a lot of desk space. Found it lengthy to set up but directions are clear. Works well and has a lot of nice features.

I'm not very tech savy, so rely heavily on reviews, coupled with the price of the item. So far, this printer has lived up to the Canon name. It has given crisp, clear images, and that is what I wanted in this product.

Bought this printer to replace an older wireless printer that did not have AirPrint capability. Have had this printer for over a month now and it has worked flawlessly. Never had a problem with canon.

Was happy with the purchase. Weuse basic tv and I was surprised with how clear the picture was. You can see every blemish on the faces of whoever you are watching.

This is a good printer just as most Canon's seem to be. It is a little more complicated to learn the bells and whistles rather than just plug and print, but overall I like it.

Got this at 1/2 off and so far it's great. Prints are good. It's pretty quite with lots of functionality. Setup was a breeze. Wireless connection to my iMac even easier. I hope it lasts longer then my other printers.

I love this printer it's very easy to use and consistantly does it's job but I do think it runs out of ink fairly quickly.

so far so good. seems reliable. i heard it can take third party ink cartridges; so will give that a try when i run out of the ink that comes with the printer

Printer was very easy to set up wirelessly. Quality of pictures is excellent and menu is easy to use for basic quality settings. Printer speed is good for printing documents off the web. Hard to beat for the price.

It is a slick black printer capable of multiple functions, however the draw back is its size because it is too big to put on a standard desk.

So I read Amazon and best buy reviews of the product. The text isn't as good as an HP printer I have had for 5 years 7250 photojet. The initial warm up period for the printer is extremely long. Takes way to long to warm up before printing. Photo printing on photo paper is good. I wish I would have known about the most recent series printers before buying this one. Disappointing printer.

I love all the features on this printer. The ink has held up much better than my previous HP printer. My only complaint is that it is sometimes slow to start.

Needed for scanning photos, great quality/clairity

The printer works fine, but be sure to buy the add-on replacement warranty. I had it on my original and needed it. Some paper got stuck and couldn't get it out. Best Buy looked at it and replaced it with a new one.

I've just started to use this printer because there was some difficulty installing the Canon software (by the Geek Squad - not even my own ineptitude). I still can't get incoming faxes, but outgoing seems to be working fine. My biggest issue is the slower speed from Blue Tooth-- my old printer printed so much faster. I hope I grow to like this machine more than my initial impression.

Good printer, however, it takes a long time to start up. Easy set up and easy to use. Good price, I would recommend

I liked it and it was easy to set up. Only lasted 1- 1/2 years. Uses up ink quickly. I think HP is a better choice.

Got this at a discount price and it is working so far so good. The size is a bit large but that's ok because you really don't have to move it around your house.

This is an excellent printer; very durable and produces great copies, prints and pictures. This is a "does it all" printer that is easy to install and set up; great for office and personal use.
