We use this for my kids school projects and have not had any problems. The printer works well, fax machine is fine too. The most expensive part of this printer is the ink.

Prints good quality pictures. The one downside is the ink tends to run out quickly and to replace the different cartridges it's the not the cheapest.

I bought this printer on sale. I like quality of printing pages and quality of scanning pictures or documents. Some times, before starting, he takes time to think. But it is not a big problem.

We have an office of 7 employees that all scan and print items daily. This printer has been perfect for all of our needs.

Prints great. It seems a little slow. The cartridge seem a little small but are inexpensive. Overall a nice printer.

I don't think this is the worst product to own, I just feel like in a time when high technology is abundant this printer is lacking. It works best connected wirelessly to my laptop and connects to my phone when it wants to. I needed important documents printed and the time it took total was inconceivable to me. The quality of print isn't anything to make up for it either. It does work, just not my favourite.

Easy to assemble and works well. High quality color copier. I have been completely satisfied with this copier and would recommend it. I researched quite a bit on line. Best Buy had the best price

Set up was effective. But it did take some time. This was to replace another Canon printer that was more compact but had the same features.

I have only had it a few days. Once I got it up and running with the help of customer support , I found it easy to operate. I haven't used all of the features on it but hope to in the future.

Print quality was good for both printing copies and pictures. The problem is that when starting up it won't connect to wifi. Have to turn off then back on. Then when you stop printing and start again a little later have to turn off then back on. Returned for one with USB hook up.

Copier seems to work very well. Wireless is the only way to go!

Great Printer. Does everything I need it for. I replaced an older Canon printer (7200 Series) that I finally wore out. It is a great printer, copier and scanner and the price is right.

Purchased mainly because it has a flash drive port. However, it has surpassed my expectations. Was able to use it to print a passport quality photo. Awesome All in One and very easy to use.

This is a very nice printer but it literally takes 2 to 3 minutes to warm up before it will print

Price match influenced my decision to purchase this unit at Best Buy. Additionally, the printing function for CD/DVD is very good. I have only used it as a printer, though, it is a multi-function unit...

I bought the printer printing on CD/DVD's. It does a good job but the software supplied to layout printing is not very good.

Was suggested as great value by Canon Rep, so I figured I would try it out. I liked the features like auto duplex scanning and multi ink wells. HOWEVER, the first print takes several minutes of the printer preparing before it spits out. A non starter for me. Returned it the next day. Purchased a HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 instead.

Print quality is good, but it takes so long to get started once a file is sent to it that overall speed is poor.

It does the job. It is slow when printing and average quality. Easy to use. Good for the money

It's convenient and doesn't take up much space. It's nice to have everything at home. Don't have to go out to send faxes. It's a time saver. Don't know how I did without it for so long.
