This is our second Canon printer, and only had it replaced under warrantee because of a paper jam no one could get it unjammed.

Overall it is a great printer. This replaced another older Canon printer, and I hope to get as many years of service out of it.

2 defective ones in a row. Still using one of them but it's not working well. Back to HP for me

Decent product, but have had problems with Canon all in ones in the past. This is my third one in about 5 years. Just as I buy a bunch of ink cartridges the printers tend to show up with costly errors to fix. Slow to set up a print job or a scan but work as expected. Nothing fancy nothing spectacular. It was a cheap printer to replace the other one I had.

Although Best Buy offer free set-up by their Geek Squad Amazon Echo is easy to set up. Having a tablet on the side really helps. Still playing with the many possibilities.

May be a little confusing to set up initially, but once done, is great. There is all kinds of on-line help however

I like my new printer so far. I'm still having problems getting my fax, scanning, etc. to work. Hopefully soon.

The printer is an update to my previous model. It operates just like the other one do setup and using were easily accomplished.

Family seems to like this so far. We seem to have a significant number of paper jams but we are trying different paper.

The printer does a good job on printing pages and pictures. It is very slow, but that has not been a big issue so far.

The color printing is excellent. I plan to do a lot of photo printing of 60 years of accumulated slides from around the world. pictures of kids, grandkids, friends and relatives.

So far its been working great haven't had any problems. Did some school projects and ran out of ink in 2 months but works great.

Excellent printer and a good value. We already had this printer but it began working poorly after a paper jam. Probably could have had repaired but opted to purchase a new one.

Not the easiest directions to follow to get the printer set up. Print quality is good.

I purchased this as a replacement for the one I had purchased about 8 years ago. Same model, etc. It has served me well and I expect the same from this one

I am very happy with my Canon printer so far. I ordered online, and it arrived on date it was promised. Very easy setup was required, and very user friendly!

This printer does everything it promises. Everyone will tell you it has a big footprint. They're right. Measure your desk before you buy.

Great printer if you're on the budget. Warm up takes little longer. But it is function as expected.
