Good Printer with Poor Software

Epson software is not great but runs rings around it. I voiced this complaint to Canon Support and they not only ignored me but refused to publish my review because 'it was not nice enough.' What is the purpose of a review if you can't tell the truth.

Not very happy

Also started putting lines on the paper about the same time. So frustrating that you cannot find a quality printer anymore. I actually purchased 3 of these around the same time and two out of the three had the same issues.
