    I bought this to replace another MX922. The printer head was shot. I shopped for a newer unit, but newer units with all the bells and whistles of this all-in-one were much more expensive. I only gave it a 3 because of the short life of the printer head but lots of features. Hope this one lasts longer.

    Switched from a HP to a cannon. The HP print head failed and was to difficult to replace. The Cannon rep at Best Buy was most helpful.

    Prior to this 3-In-One Printer, I had an Epson, which I was very happy with until the scanner broke. While my new Canon works okay, it is very slow for both scanning and printing. I purchased this Canon because it was on sale and a good price. I wish I had purchased another Epson.
