I have had the printer for about one month and it has performed better than I anticipated. I have had other ink jet printers over the past 15 years but the Cannon performs better than most. It is a little slow when beginning to print but is tolerable and does as excellent job. The replacement ink cartridges are expensive however.

We love being able to print from the iPhone and the iPad. Having a photocopier in the house is awesome. We homeschool so this is an awesome way to extend the life if our workbooks. Also appreciate that you can buy single color ink so only have to replace what runs out.

Canon brands usually give an ease of feeling in regards to purchasing Printers, Scanners and Camera's. My rating on this product is actually a 4.5. Not a 5 due to a couple things. 1. While placing the ink cartridges, there was an ink spill prior to removing the plastics. I got it on my hands, saw it on my socks and saw it stained on my carpet the next day. 2. Instructions were great from beginning until the end. The only obstacle that I thought Canon could have easily mentioned in the Quick Guide is what the 'WPS' acronym meant and where it can be found instead of me looking it up online. WPS = Wi-Fi Protected Setup. This cannot be found in the printer, but a button on your router... FYI** :) Other than that. the product does its job. It can run a bit faster, but I'm thinking it could be due to my wireless usage? Love the product! Keep up the awesome job, Canon!

I bought this printer to replace an older Canon MX870 that had stop working after years of use. This is a good printer with airprint and cloud printing out of the box and can use inexpensive ink.

This is a great printer with lots of features. It was very easy to set up. Unfortunately, it was a larger printer than my previous one and didn't fit in my computer armoire, but that's my fault for not measuring prior to purchase. And it was a simple solution since it's wireless, I just put it elsewhere and now use the extra computer armoire space for paper storage. I haven't set up the FAX capability because I don't have use for it but am glad to have it just in case. Several ink cartridges which helps reduce the use of the color ones when printing a colorless document. Very pleased with the price and ease of use.

we needed a new printer to replace our old one (which was a 5 yr old Canon). the inks are cheaper than HP and the canon we had printed flawlessly ( for 5 years) so we stuck with canon. easy wireless hookup and basic setup. prints quick and quality is excellent.

    Best printer for the money

I have looked at all of the inkjet printers below $300 and I swear this is the best one for the money. I was about to plop down $250 on a high-performance HP printer and then I found this one, which has all of the same features as the HP, better print quality, and it costs only $99.99 at Best Buy. Like all of the other high performing inkjet printers that cost twice to three times as much, the Canon MX922 can print and fax from, as well as scan to, a PC; it can work as a standalone copier and fax machine; and it can both scan to and print from a USB key, with the ability to preview images on its three-inch color LCD. It also offers both Ethernet and Wi-Fi support, a duplexer (for two-sided printing), and both a letter size flatbed and an automatic document feeder (ADF) for scanning. My only complaint is the ink price. It uses more cartridges than the average inkjet (6 cartridges in total) and they cost $15 each, and they're small.

I read a number of reviews for various printers and finally settled on this one despite having many EPSONS over the years. This printer has exceeded my expectations and works great with both my Windows and Apple computers. I would highly recommend it!

I needed to be able to print, in color, and scan documents at home, but did not need a heavy duty machine as I only need it occasionally. This was the best option at the price and has been exactly what I needed.

I bought this printer to replace a 5 year old Canon Pixma. Highlights: -Looks great: glossy black finish. -Great print quality. -Still prints great with off brand inks I buy on Amazon. -Wifi connection was very easy to set up. Could improve: -Software is a little confusing and needs to be easier/more straightforward to use.

The print quality is excellent, but does take a bit to set up, is noisy and seems to take a while to warm up. Truth be told...I miss my old printer.

Canon printers have compartmentalized ink tanks to allow you to buy individual colors as opposed to a tricolor tank that may still have some color left in it. All function work great, install software on all PCs/Macs and you can scan to computer with ease.

I ordered this printer online and received it within 2 days with the standard shipping. It took me a while to get everything setup, but once that was done printing and making copies was a breeze. Printing directly from my phone and having the ablity to make double sided copies at home with such ease. I LOVE this printer!!!
