    The reason we bought this product is because the Cannon Rep at the store said that it could handle high volume and ink was cheap. What he failed to share with us was that we would have to replace the ink every 2 weeks. One cartridge doesn't even cover a pack of paper......

    Inks are expensive if you buy them from Cannon. Better option is to buy them online.

    I thought this printer was a lot more complicated to set up. Put the CD in to hook up the printer and had to have updates immediately to get the printer to work. Disappointed as there are 6 more ink cartridges to buy. Probably won't buy another Cannon printer.
