Doesn't Work

A couple months later the ink ran out and I replaced with Canon ink. It functioned for a few weeks and now nothing works. It only turns on but all functions have stopped. Downloaded recommended software online but still dead.

Printer eventuallyworks;picture service annoying!

This printer was purported to be easy to use. Not so. Much technical work. Then, it opened a picture viewing program, shows all the pictures on our main computer, at random, including ones that were blocked for viewing . We did not want, and cannot stop the pictures showing up on the main computer.
