This product does all you want it to do, just really slowly. I would recommend this to a friend for the right price, but not for MSRP.

I had a friend came over to help with set up, so not sure. If it was easy or not, but my friend was done very quickly with the set up. It works

Not bad for everyday printing, but goes through ink cartridges much too quickly. But, best customer service. They really can help solve problems.

Overall ok but anything that’s a photo will print just as that; a photo. You cant select a tray to print ANY picture items if you want it on a regular 8x11pg. It sucks b/c I usually snapshot or save coloring pages and print for my son to color on. I refuse to print this on photo paper as it’s a waste of photo paper and ink. This was a deal breaker for me. Too bad I already threw away the box else was back to the store it was going!

I read the reviews about slow printing problem but figured how bad it could be. Well, it is really really bad... It's also too big for my space.

Prints OK but takes forever to start printing. Won't do double side printing from my phone. Goes through ink like crazy.

I've been a Canon printer owner and fan for many years. I bought this multifunction device because in addition to fax/print/scan I needed to duplex print (print 2-sided) pages. 6 months after I purchased the printer the duplex mechanism suffered a paper jam. I could not access all of the paper which required me to take the printer to an authorized service location. The repairs would necessitate tearing down most of the printer to get to the jam in the duplexer. The estimate was more than I paid for the printer, so the repair guy graciously suggested I just buy a new printer. My "new" $200 printer now cost me almost $400 because I needed a new printer with the same features that could handle lots of scanning and had an accessible duplexer. I replaced the printer with a HP OfficePro 8600 and have been very happy with it.

The printer is not as fast in printing as mentioned in the product details. It consumes lots of ink. Otherwise overall performance is ok.

80 seconds to start printing, is horrible wait to long for some prints. If you are a hurried worker, this is not for you.

This printer is horrible. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because it has 5 ink cartridges, 2 for the black, one of which is black pigment for text printing. Otherwise, it takes forever to print, if it prints at all. Or sometimes it just prints half of the picture or coupon or whatever it is I'm trying to print. I thought it was maybe because I was trying to wireless print but even when hardwired it does the same thing.

I am disappointed with my Canon MX922 printer due to the lack of a printed manual and the fact that it is too complicated for me to use. I am sorry I bought it and felt the same way about a HP printer I bought and tried before returning it to try the Canon. I am really ticked off by these guys expecting me to check my computer vs a handy printed manual whenever I ran into a problem. I even searched the Internet to see if I could purchase a printed copy.

Good basic printer for families. Wireless printing doesn't pick up sometimes from laptop and printing is a little slow.
