This is the first bad review I have ever given a product. I have always bought Canon Printers, but the 922 was bad. It won't scan. Even after several calls to Canon, they could not get it too work. Within a week, the on/off light went out. I returned it and purchased an HP>

I had a pixma and still using it 5 years now, this is a gift.

I got it for the ability to fax and before I realized how many different color cartridges it uses.

Working fine so far I don't have any problem. I like the Wi-Fi connection to print.

Our second Pixma MX922. Last one only lasted less than 4 yrs. also less user friendly than older models in some ways, ie, ease of feeding single sheets for copying blank side. Also, ink is unreasonably expensive, but I already had too much on hand to buy a different brand, particularly given the less than $70 purchase price.

1) Paper tray is too easy to knock off being in front and papers fly. The flip out piece in front is just too delicate. 2) It was much better to load paper in back as in the previous model. You have to close the door in the front to access the paper tray below.

this printer sucks! Its bulky. Hard to install and if you have OS X good luck on getting it to work.

Good printer but takes a long time to warm up when turned on.

I highly recommend not purchasing this printer, and instead, spending a few extra dollars to get something reliable that doesn't waste your time and energy. This printer works properly about 40% of the time. It is constantly saying I am out of paper when I am not even close to being out - it's like science to get it to the right level of too much or too little paper. In THREE WEEKS of owning this I have had to replace FOUR BRAND NEW ink cartridges (the small and large black, the yellow, and the magenta); I print black and white shipping labels about 5x/week - this should not be the case. 30% of my print jobs come out as though I have no ink (lines and streaky with certain areas missing entirely) and I have to re-print. My previous printer was also a Canon (MG6600) and ink cartridges lasted months. I will be returning this, which is a shame because it took forever and a day to set-up.

The printer is a perfect fit for my desk ! Overall its pretty good Just very slow printing color

Bought it to replace my old HP photostart all in one printer that I wrought out over the past 10 years.

Error codes from a to z. Almost Everytime I print its something I swear...

Set up process is too long and complicated but the technical support is excellent.

Wish there was an option to print color documents in Black!

Had issues with one of my laptops being able to connect wirelessly. Would find and drop.

Always loved Canon for their quality and ink usage. This printer has a large flaw as it is a little sluggish printing, and will reset every 30 to 45 seconds. If you have many documents to print you will need to print them all at once or you could experience a hang up getting them done.

I DONT KNOW ABOUT PRODUCT BECAUSE I CANT GET IT TO WORK ITS A REAL PAIN IN THE BUTT TO SET UP

Very slow to print and keeps saying it is out of paper even though the tray is full.

I was informed by the sales guy that this printer was compatible with my iMac but it is not.
