This printer replaced same model that died 3 months after the 2 year extended warranty. I purchased same model to allow me to consume the ink cartridges in my stock. I wished this model had a single sheet feeder.

I would not suggest this printer to ANYONE! This printer has the most trouble with air printing. Settings are very difficult to configure. & last it always tries to print on to the picture paper. It sucks. AVOID !!

Actually a very nice device but much to complicated for my simple needs. Bought for ease of scanning and faxing. So far I'm not able to fax Scanning is very fast but it is difficult to recover the scanned document.

Got a great deal$$$ on this printer Cannon MX922. I have only had it a couple of days but I am impressed. Very easy setup connected to my home Wi-Fi and was able to print from my Macbook Pro, Dell notebook, iPhone, iPad and Google cloud within 30min. Printing, Scanning and Copy function works well and is fast. No comments on Fax feature since I did not connected it. I really like the ADF, Airprint, networking, and duplex capabilities. The only thing I least like that it's bulkey and heavy. Takes lots of space on your desk but the good thing is you can put it anywhere in your house. Definitely recommend this 4 in 1 printer.

I considered this because it was highly rated. When I went to buy it it was on sale!! Unfortunately, even though I don't print in color, the printer says my ink levels are empty but it keeps printing.

It's an OK printer, but beware. We rarely if ever print in color and all of the color cartridges are depleted. Others have complained of the same thing.

It wouln’t print more than 2-5 page document. When i try to print a 20 page document starts pring from middle of the documnet. Takes too long to load and print. Printer is too slow

Almost every time I go to print something it says it can't connect and that the printer is in an error state. I have to reconnect it to Wi-Fi and the computer. Very frustrating

The printer mostly worked fine, except the wireless function. I tried to install it on my wireless router and no way do that (of course, I followed the instructions). I tried many times and couldn't. I started looking for customer support phone number, and it wasn't readily available, but I found it after a lot search online. The gentleman that worked with me, was very nice knowledgeable but still couldn't get to connect to the router. If I couldn't get wireless connection, it is not good for me. So, I returned it to Best Buy.

I received this and was surprised at how hard it is to read the lcd display. It was also really small. So I returned it. I didn't use it so I can't comment on how it works.

We purchased this printer thinking we wanted to switch from HP to Canon but I am not impressed with the quality or ease of it's functions. Wish we would have bought another HP

I brought this for my sister and its a little complicated I wish I had got something more easy to use you have to wait long time to get copies not happy with the buy

This printer is slower than others like it and keeps losing LAN connectivity. Each time you go to print you have to go and reconnect. What a pain it is!

After ownership of a previous Canon Pixma for 7 years, I naturally figured this model to be on par, or slightly better Wrong! After returning the first one due to connectivity issues, I continue to have the same type issues. Not sure of the underlying problem, but if it is not used daily, it loses WiFi connectivity and has to be reset! Really! Shouldn't we be beyond that type of poor result by now? Evidently not, and going to the Canon blog tends to reinforce the same customer issue. Not good!

I purchased the printer on May 29 2014, I called Canon for help setting the printer while I was talking to them the printers fax machine cut the call off, They sent me a new printer overnight. The new printer cut my calls off, but I could not get it to cut off the calls while I was talking to them, so they said it was nothing they could do. Today is June 27,2014 I decided to cut my losses and buy a different make printer.

Unable to resolve series of error codes. Cannon website also reports this model now having unresolved error codes. Unable to resolve after several support calls

More than 50% of the time I try to print something, the print screen pops up saying SAVE and I have to change it to print say print. This is sooo frustrating!!!

This is the worst multi-function printer I've ever owned. Within 6 months of purchasing I regretted the purchase but couldn't return it at that point. The software for the scanner is not the least bit user friendly. I literally have to go through the control panel to access the scanner functions. I've tried to contact Canon but no one wants to help. The first time I went to buy ink for the printer, I found out this model had already been discontinued. No big surprise.

This printers quality is not as good as my old Canon. I'm not impressed even at the highest setting the print out lacks edge definition.

Cartridges are very small. Does not last a month. And we are not printing too much.
