Easy to install, getting connected wirelessly was a slight struggle. We were able to print test pages. After that, the only way we could print was from my husbands cell phone. No printing would be accepted from our computer, any other cell phone or iPad. It tries to print from the envelope drawer and will not let us change it. My husband was able to print 3 items and now it says it is offline when it is not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Very slow; lasted one year and broke one month after warranty expired. Not worth fixing.

Printer was very difficult to set up. Tried to set up wireless printing many times, but finally gave up and resorted to hard wired set up.

This is not a very good printer. Takes forever to print something. Not user friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this printer.

Write out of the box, "Error Code 2500" Alignment Error. The 1 piece of "MP-101 Alignment paper" did not work no matter what I did. When I call support they tell me it's a faulty piece and there is nothing they can do $100+ printer paper weight for the next non-canon products I'll never buy. I've never had a worse experience with an electronic product.

While it has plenty of papers in tray, it keeps complaining about there's no paper. Searching on google I found that tons of people has the same issue start from 3 years ago. One takeaway is that DO NOT use chrome. Although this solve the issue for me, as a big company like CANNON this is less satisfying user experience.

All this product ever did was jam, show error messages, and finally break in 5 months.

ThE printer is big, bulky and slow. Not sure how many it PPM but it seems like it takes a couple minute to print one page.

This is the slowest printer I have ever used. The only upside is that it is cheap. Maybe that’s why...

It starts up more quickly than my old hp printer. I'm satisfied so far.

This is ridiculously difficult to use. The software is NOT user friendly. A scan cannot be printed from the software, nor emailed. I cannot print a test page. Just finding the scanned files takes several minutes. It does not save them to the scanned file as directed. I have never spent more time trying to do simple jobs as I have with this.

Bought this printer almost two months ago. Printed so far only 115 pages, now cartridge is empty specially the photo cartridge is fully empty while the rest of the cartridges have 2 pt. only !!! Funny thing is I didn't print any photo at all except the trial one which was 1 page only during installation. Good product but consumed ink at fast pace :-( Next time I'll buy HP Laserjet :-(

This printer does not produce good quality prints or photos. Moreover; it is big and heavy.

Set up was fairly simple. Turn on printer, run test page, search for wifi. Load drivers/programs on Mac and share wifi password with printer. Good to go! Have read reviews that the printer loses wifi connectivity over time. Seems easy, while yes it may be an annoyance, to reshare password from PC/Mac. Print quality is good and photo scans easy to do.

Bought this to replace an HP that did not have wi-fi, big mistake. Good printer when it functions correctly. Drops wi-fi, is super slow to print and seems confused easily. We also have a wi-fi HP printer in another part of the house and it was the same price and works like a dream. Should have just bought a second one just like it.

Set up was a snap! Connected very easily to the wi fi. Unfortunately it kept giving me an error message that there was no paper in the tray. I checked and double checked and there was paper in the tray. An online search revealed that this is not an isolated issue. BB was great about accepting the return.

This printer is confusing to use and doesn't work well. I have literally installed and uninstalled it from different computers many times and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The error messages are vague so I have no idea how to troubleshoot. I had an HP wireless all-in-one printer that was super easy to use. I'm sorry I switched.

Not a good purchase. Instructions for fax set up not clear, multiple paper jams, difficulty with auto feed. Other reviews positive so wondering if I got a "lemon". Will be contacting Best Buy to resolve.
