Don’t if you want to keep your sanity do not buy this printer it never connects to nothing always says it’s busy or it is off-line and you will turn it off and three days later turn it back on and then it will print something from two weeks before ridiculous crazy how far downhill Canon has went

I purchased this printer in April 2015. I comes with a 1 year warranty. In October of 2016 I received an B200 error message. After calling the service department at Canon, they stated it would cost more to fix this than to buy another one. Their recommended buying a new one. This is NOT environmentally friendly.

I asked 5 times if it came with the USB cable and was told it did and I asked again are you sure he said yes. When I pick it up there said it does not come with it and that I have to buy one. I know the guy was new but I asked many time for him to make sure that it came with it because normally it does not

This printer is very slow. Ink cartridges are very expensive.

Prints great photos. A little noisy and slow to warm up. I don't print high volume so works great for my needs

To many steps to just edit & transfer a copy to computer.

Just 7 weeks and went thru 3 of the 5 cartridges. Not looking good.

Tried Mac and Windows laptop. Could not get it linked to wireless network even after moving it next to router. Replaced with Brother printer that was easy to set up on other side of house from router and printing from both computers. On line help was confusing and sent me on many dead ends.

Too many gadget icons that fill your screen, expensive ink, and I absolutely did not like . I suppose it would be okay for those who do not know how to use a computer, but there are far too many companies out there that keep trying to organize your computer files for you

Very poor quality. I've other great success with other Canon product and one printer. I was on the phone with Best Buys Geek Squad for close to 90 minutes and this printer would not hook-up to my home office Wi-Fi. The printer will be returned. Extremely dissatisfied with this product.

Trouble getting a wireless connection from iPhone.

Purchased this printer for my classroom. Sadly it didn't work out the box. The ink cartridges couldn't align. Thankfully Best Buy allowed me to return it even though I was 1 day past the 15 day return period.

It is real pain. Every time I send something to print it is looking in wrong paper feeder and says add paper when I have full paper feeder. I didn't find way to change default and send print from right paper tray. Had to return. Bought HP - such a relief.

I, myself, do not like this printer. I going to return it to BestBuy.

I bought this winter for it's wireless features but they were very undependable. I researched the problems online and other people were having the same problems. I brought it back to Best Buy and bought an Epson printer instead. The Epson works flawessly.

I'm fairly computer literate but after two days of trying, I couldn't get hooked up. Packed it up & back to store it went! Bought an HP LaserJet color printer which I set up in under 30 minutes.

Printer head was damaged, Canon said to return.....

It only works via a USB cable connected to my laptop. Two relatives in addition to me have tried to get it to work wirelessly, without success. It also takes minutes to warm up. No wonder it was rated so low by Consumer Reports.

This printer never worked and when we tried to bring it back up bestbuy they told us to contact cannon. We’ve sent cannon multiple emails and endless phone calls with no response. Just lit $170 on fire...

Would not work correctly. Refused to print remotely, kept alarming about the tray 1 paper even with paper in it. When it did print it took forever. Returned it in a few days.
