I have one of these printers already and purchased this for my son based on my experience. It's a good product, easy to setup and understand.

I was in need of a new printer/scanner. Did some looking and found this one on BestBuy.com. After reading the reviews I decided to purchase it at the local BestBuy store beings they had it in stock. The local store had it for a higher price but matched the online price no questions asked. Out of the box... Setup was relatively easy, unpack and just follow the step by step instructions. My router has WPS connectivity, so press the button when prompted to by the printer and poof wifi connection was made. Software install on my iMac... Put the disk in the CD-drive and it connects online to Canon and downloads and installs the latest version of drivers and software. NICE! (Note, I had to reboot my iMac after the setup software install to have the Scanner recognized in Photoshop's Import from device command.) Print quality is great. Scanner works well, and has a quick warm up time . Easy copy function, lift the feeder lid, place document in the document feed, push the button (B&W, or Color)... Fax feature I can not say... I have no need so I didn't configure it. The down side to this all-in-one is that there is no SD/CF card reader slot for printing straight off a SD/CF card.... Something I never do anyway so no biggie for me. (There is a USB port though so you can print direct from a thumb drive.) The finish is a high gloss finish which show every finger print touch. Has a medium size foot print and weight so plan accordingly for it. It is a little noisy, but not bad. All in all I am very happy with the unit and for the price...Can't beat it!

I'm pleased with this printer. It's fast and easy to set up. The only drawback is the size, bulky. But fortunately I've plenty of space.

Easy setup. Great quality printing and fast Wifi setup was a breeze. My Windows 8 tablet from BestBuy found this printer no problem. Strong machine, not cheap built like others I tested.

I want to love this machine. I just don't. The biggest issue is the wifi doesn't work - I have to turn it off and on every single time I want to print. That makes this worthless to me. The quality is good, double sided printing good, the scan is slow and the software isn't great, it scans though. I searched for a copier/printer/scanner - and this is still canon quality printing…it's just slow, loud, and annoyingly inefficient. There aren't many choices out there so I wouldn't say don't buy it. I'd say - know what you are getting and decide if it's worth it.

Easy set up works great. Just waiting to see if aftermarket ink works, Threw out my HP because the only work with store bought HP ink.

Canon printer all in one is great for office or household. You can print, scan, copy, or fax. It connects with wifi and is worth buying.

Nice printer for the money, looks good, sleek, very easy to set up. Love the 2 sided printing. Scanned document quality is excellent. Photo prints look professional. Very happy so far.

Setup was very easy on my LAN. Speed is very good, but it is noisier then my old printer.

My honest opinion about this item is I love it, if this isn't your first wireless printer, and I can assume this cannot be a fastest wireless printer out there and i expect things can be done little faster with more priced printer, but for me, this is very good bargain and it gets the job done with what I need in fair speed.. very clean and nice looking design and little LCD screen makes nicer looking too. I'm satisfied with the item. if you looking for a home use with bargain price, I recommend this product.

set up was somewhat complicated especially the insertion of paper. The operation was smooth and flawless. Results were terrific.

This was the first time buying a Canon printer and it is really great. I caught it on sale and paid $80 for it. I was looking at some other printers at another store. I actually bought a cheaper one and returned it the next day. I love my other canon products. This one has wireless printing and the setup was simple. The prints are beautiful and have great color. I bought extra ink at a very good price as well.

I was in the market for a photo printer/color printer since I only had a monochromatic laser printer. I have read many reviews regarding this printer. I'very realized that reviews are skewed because it's contingent upon the needs and expectations of each person. So I just went with it. This printer is a perfect fit for me. The installation was very easy and setting up the wifi was completed with a touch of a button. The quality is better than any printer I've had. I've tried to print 4x6 photos straight from my phone as well as the computer (just make sure you select the 4x6 paper size from the print menu. Otherwise, it will print from the standard size paper tray). The picture quality is similar to prints that I have ordered online. What makes it better is using the canon gloss photo paper. I had used some generic photo paper as well but it didn't come out nearly as good as the canon photo paper. I just love the fact that it is wifi and extremely convenient. The separate ink tanks is a plus I only have to replace each individual color rather than all the colors. I will be using this printer for quite some time.

Got it on sale and it does what I bought this for, just plain simple printing-color and black-white. Easy to install and fire print.

I have had the printer for a few months now. Easy to set up, easy to use. The print is very quality. As many others have commented, it does take quite awhile to set up the print project. It also uses a lot more ink than the other Canon printer that I used.

While I like my old Canon MX850 printer better, my new Canon PIXMA MX922 printer does everything I need. It is easy set up and use.

This printer is faster than my old Kodak 5100. In costs hopefully will remain low as I seldome print full color....mostly text.

For the last twenty years I have watched as HP products deteriorated. I finally cut the cord and bought a Canon printer. Easy setup, good quality printing and EVERYTHING works!

It prints well. The ink cartridges are easy to install and change I like the ink level indicators. The fax feature is useful and also easy to use with friendly helpful hints.
