This is a really nice all in one printer/fax/scanner/copier. The quality is considerably better than their peers. Tons of options. Efficient use of ink. Easy to setup. Easy to use.

Great print quality but difficult to change properties

The printer was easy to set up and produces good quality prints and photos. The flip-out tray thing that holds the printed items doesn't really work right, but that's a minor annoyance to me.

I waited too long to upgrade. Setup was easy for Google Cloud Print and AirPrint. Wireless printing is a breeze. I've only owned the printer for a few weeks so ink usage and efficiency is still to be determined. I like having the separate tanks for ink.

all of my Canon printers have worked without a problem this one is the least expensive model I've owned but works as well as the $500.00 model I own. and their support is awesome as well. do yourself a favor and buy CANON you won't be sorry

Maybe too new to review but previous scanner allowed me to look at where I was putting and naming scans where this one does not. It could be me because I only have it hooked up a few days. Also, my other one had a preview as it was scanning, this one does not. At least I don't think it does.

Long time Canon printer users. This printer's nstallation and configure process is as with all Canon printers I have owned, fuss free. However, the process for setting up envelope printing is not well documented and Canon support was not helpful.

Lots of functions on this and prints great. Love the ability to fax when i need to. It does get finicky some times, but quick reboots fix the issue.

Excellent product for printing, faxing, copying, and general office work.

In the short time we have had this AIO printer it has met our requirements and expectations. It is definitely not the fastest but gets the job done. It seems that it goes through a lot of job setup and job reset activities which are rather noisy and makes one wonder if something is wrong.

I like that it can be a wired or a wireless set up.

User friendly and many options for any user. It's the best printer I have ever owned.

My previous printer died so a quick look at reviews on BestBuy led me to this great little all-in-one unit. Good clear print, good scanning feature, excellent all round at this stage. I like the availability of high performance ink cartridges too.

Had my eye on a couple of different printers, HP and Canon. This one won for the low price and being able to print crisp and clean pictures. Also, the look and feel of the printer made me want to go with this one. Overall, a good printer for the price!

This printer prints really beatiful, but it takes forever to warm up every time it's been turned off. Also it makes a lot of noise when warming up.

This printer was purchased to replace a previous printer that was about 5 years old and would give error messages every now and then. Set up was straight forwoard and I like the features for the price. The unit was discounted a good percentage at the time of purchase. Perhaps this was because it has a built in fax machine which I think are becoming a thing of the past.

This printer is an excellent purchase - great value for the price. Ease of set up, quality of print, speed of print. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

I was disappointed when I found out it doesn't have a special cassette for photo paper - I replaced a MX982. It is pretty noisy when it does it's internal adjustments.Seems to print well - including photos.
