When I hit print it automatically warms up. opens up, and does an excellent job.

Works fine, even printed photos and they came out very nice, without streaks

I purchased this to replace another Cannon printer because they used the same ink cartridges. I'm glad I did as this printer works great, a printer, scanner, fax for a low price. Most of all it is a quality product.

This product produces quality colors and allows for fast printing of pages.

Had a good experience with the older MX870. This printer is cheaper and easier to install / get up and running, including wireless connection. Scanner software is simpler but seems to have less flexibility than older model. Overall a good replacement with minimal hassles.

I purchased this MX922 to replace the MX892 that I had for over 3 years. The old printer worked great for me until one day it just gave up the ghost.The only complaint I have is the high cost of replacement ink, which costs as much as this printer itself. I had no problem at all setting it up for wireless printing from my network, unlike some other reviewers on this printer.

My old canon went so I needed a new printer. After all the research, I came across this printer. This was the best all in one within my price range. Happy I got it. It was nice it has a separate tray for photo paper, in case I want to print a picture. Overall performance was good for use at home.

Had a little trouble setting up the wifi operation, but Canon customer service was a pleasure to deal with. Good quality, but looses 1 star for being noisy.

The product has worked great for all four uses: printer, scanner, copier, and fax. Printing is fast and can do photo and paper quite easily. Not sure of ink consumption yet as it is new, but it is nice that the product comes with everything you need to get started, no need to buy extra ink to get going.

I still prefer a laser printer. This takes a long time to print something out, hems and haws and jerks and shudders , I wanted to print some of my iPad material as well as pictures from android phone and iPad pictures.pictures are not as clear as from my older Selphy which I love. Starter cartridges are lasting longer than I thought they would. I had hoped I could print larger format pictures than 5 x 7 but the paper holder doesn't seem to hold larger paper, maybe I missed something. I consider myself lucky to figure out that I needed an easily acquired app to print out my cell phone photos . My phone was set up for HP. Set up of the printer was done by a guy I hired, he fixed several other problems I had. The secret seemed to be to hard wire the printer rather than rely on wireless aspect.
