Had too trouble trying to download user's manual ! Even Canon's app would not open on my iPad mini 4. Although Canon's customer service was helpful on other things, I never did get a useres's manual.

Very happy with this printer. Set up was easy and it’s so easy to print from my iPhone and Mac. I wish I would have bought this printer sooner.

This printer packs a lot of bang for the buck. I bought the printer for my daughter, who started college recently. The printer is compact, yet offers quality printing and scanning, and is packed with all the latest technology for connectivity.

I have had great success with Canon products and used the MX882 for printing/scanning/etc. It is quite easy to operate and does an exceptional job on any task. Because I received an email sale notice regarding the MX992, I looked it up and saw that it had a couple of new features - like printing disk labels. So, trusting the brand and liking the price, I purchased. Setup seemed easy enough. Printing was fine. The scanning process was a nightmare! Scanning on the MX882 was an easy set up and provided a consistently easy process for scanning and saving documents, which is further enhanced by its remembering where you are saving multiple docs. You don't have to go through a decision tree every time you scan/file. Apparently, no similar process is readily available on the MX922, and I did search the Canon website. Scanning is just too labor intensive, so I returned the 922 and am again happily using my 882, which has been a 5 star product from day one. I did score the 922 3 stars to be fair, because it does print and copy well.

The machine set up was easy. The networking set up was not as easy as advertised. I watched a few YouTube vidoes and had no problems with the set up of my network. Using the Android devices APP set up was not so easy with PDF files. The Apple set up was a snap- download the APP and print (PDFs too). The complete set up and working out the problems took about an hour.

So lucky a Canon rep was in the store and helped me when I asked if he was a BBemployee...showed me several models...patient to explain features and make a perfect match between my needs and the right product! He should train all BB customer service personnel!!

My old Epson printer would not stay connected to my wireless network. I have had no problems with my new Canon PIXMA MX922 printer. Great printer and very easy to use.

I buy a ton of Cannon products and this is the first time i was disappointed. The printer is slow and very loud.

Since I bought it, haven’t had a single problem with it. Fast printing, super easy to use, supports pretty much anything you can think of.

Quick installation, easy wifi setup. Good color print quality. Typical inkjet mono quality. Good, but not laser sharp. Much improved print quality with improved paper quality. Time to first page out is average, about 12 seconds or so. On occasion though, it takes upwards of 30 seconds. Also, it has the ability to print on inkjet printable CD/DVD/BluRay discs.

So far so good! We bought this printer to print Christmas cards and it makes great-quality photo prints on photo paper. I like the small features like the tray door automatically opens when you're about to print. Wifi connections works well and it was very easy to set up, about 20 minutes. The buttons definitely don't have that high-tech feeling but they do what they need to, and when it comes to a printer, you don't need high-tech, you need good prints. This printer gives you that.

I was very pleased to see that this was easy to set up in both Windows 7 and PCLinuxOS. No issues in setting up and configuring. My original printer had a cracked glass plate upon receipt. I took it back and exchanged it at BestBuy without a hitch. Great Service! Very happy with the wireless printing and have even done a few test prints from apple devices and it worked great also.

Reading reviews and looking at the description and specifications, I though this would be a great replacement for my Epson Expression Photo printer that went on the fritz. Set up was easy with good instructions, however upon start up the noise the printer made was very loud. And an error code was given. Bought it on a Sunday, and customer support for Cannon is not available on weekends. Read similar complaints on Google, and decided to return it for another printer. Not a Cannon. Maybe it was just 1 in a 1000 that were bad, however there was only one other one in stock, and it had been a return.

I have a lot to say about the product, but ill keep it short and sweet... Its a good product and a lot of features. Prints nice pictures. wireless is great. Never paper jam. Downsides? everytime you dont print for a bit it starts doing a head clean up or something that takes like a minute and if you try to print something during that, you have to wait until is done.

There are many makes and models to choose from but if you want a very good color printer for at or around 100 dollars you cant go wrong with this guy.

I bought this for mainly pictures. So easy to use! Pictures turn out great! Love that it is wireless, I can even print up pics from my phone!

Great quality copies and prints for a low price. Works great with my iPad, phone and desktop.

WASNT HARD TO SETUP IF YOU TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THROUGH INSTRUCTIONS. I WAS LUCKY I DIDNT GET ANY ERROR MESSAGES ALONG THE WAY. INSTALLED SOFTWARE FROM SUPPLIED CD. ALIGNED INK CARTRIDGES AND PRINTED TEST PAGE AND WAS HAPPY WITH QUALITY OF TEXT AND THE SPEED. GREAT FOR HOME USE. THIS IS MY FIRST CANNON TIRED OF SHORT HP LIFE. IF THE INK DOESNT DRY UP AS FAST AS THE HP INK DID I WILL BE REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

You can't beat the price or quality. We have printed hundreds of photos to replace the outdated photos in the frames around the house. The setup took a few short minutes and did not require anything more than a few clicks. It comes with "test" ink but they last for a long time. The scanner works great for scanning old photos, documents, or anything else you need. Best of all, it scans in a high quality so you can print those photos later for christmas or birthday cards. Great buy!!
