The printer worked very well once hooked up to my computer. However, the fact that it is difficult to hook up if your computer doesn't have a disc drive is troublesome.

Very simple to use user friendly easy set up works great i love printing from my mac book air .

I have used this model printer for the last 4 years and the first one died on me, likely lasted much longer than I expected and did a great job, so I bought a second one.

Good multitasking machine and the machine is user friendly, prints and copy clearly.

My New Cannon printer is a do it all item. The printing is of good quality. I have done some picture printing and color is great.. Ink usage isn't bad either. I did find the printing instructions a little complicated and had wanted something simpler.

The printer is relatively easy to use. Before purchasing it at BestBuy, I noticed other reviewers complaining about the cleaning operation that seems to go on way too often. I do agree with that, and at times it seems to take forever to complete. The print quality is good, even in draft mode. I have not used the fax function.

The printer works well for regular printing, and I love the duplex feature. It prints photos well, but nothing superb. It is a bit cumbersome on the desktop. Changing cartridges is a bit awkward. Figuring out the scanning was a bit tricky, but it does a nice job. I would recommend the printer, but with a few "before you buy this you need to know..." comments.

I bought this to print DVD labels, which it does very well. The labels came out looking like a DVD you would buy at the store. It's only draw back I've found so far is how long it takes to print. Just printing a simple black and white document takes forever. And if you don't print everything right in a row you have to wait for the printer heads to reset every time. It's really annoying. Don't buy this unless you're looking for quality over quantity.

Recently purchased PIXMA MX922 to replace our Canon PIXMA MG6220 printer that did not have a fax option. So far, we have no complaints with the MX922. I gave it 4 stars since we have yet to use the fax feature of the printer. The MX922 prints much faster; however it is much bulkier than the MG6220. Luckily, we have enough desk space to accommodate its size. Again, this is a very new printer and we have not had the use for all the features built in.

yes it's a little loud, but not obtrusive. It does take time for it to get the job done - seems to be a lot of prep work, I dunno? but I'm in a casual pace most of the time, surf time! I haven't had it long enough (operational hours) to determine how fast the ink gets used, but the quality is five star and the photos look great, copies look great, printing looks great - I still need to test the scan. Bigger than my previous Canon Pixma 520 but I like the Darth Vader color scheme! I recommend this product especially at the price.

I purchased this printer because my Epson Expression was having print problems. This printer was easy to connect to our home network. The instructions supplied with the printer are a different story. I nor my tech savvy son could figure out where to add photo paper, but finally figured it out after some frustration. Print quality comparable to my Epson, and ink cartridges about the same as far as cost is concerned.

Printer, scanner, copier and fax machine. I didn't think I even wanted a fax machine. This thing is great and doesn't take up too much space. Buy some 4 x 6 glossy paper for pictures too.

I have owned a number of printers and so far, this is the best. Setting up the printer took only a few minutes , and both my PC and Mac can access it quickly. The insertion of ink is much easier than some of the other Canon printers. It is able to print two-sided documents and takes both regular size paper and legal size. The only con I have noticed is that when the printer has not been used for a while, sometimes it takes a few minutes to print.

It has all the function for a home setup! Great quality print and ease of use.
