I haven't had to do much except scan and print regular paper. Light use. It works, got a really good deal on it. The only thing I don't like is you need a flash drive to transfer to then transfer to your computer. Wish it would transfer over the air to my registered Google print account

Print, Scan and Copy. With three kids in school this printer takes care of all of our household needs and prints homework too. Canon quality is exactly what you expect, good print quality and we use 24 lb paper so it never jams. Good software package with a few extras, updates occasionally (not like some of the others that update constantly). Great household printer!

this is about my 4th or 5th in a long line of canon printers which have proven to be very good at the least. the first was quite expensive at the time (1993) and now, these printers are a true bargain at the very least. this one, like nearly all consumer printers function as a scanner, printer and fax, all with great ease and wirelessly! its quality like this that keeps me coming back for more.

This printer is a good tradeoff of price and quality for a home printer. Setup was easy and it was easy to get all devices in the house to connect wirelessly to the printer

Confusing at first, thank heaven for consultant on phone.

The quality coming out of this printer is great. My only complaint is that, after not using it for a day or 2, it seems the first time I use it, it is a little slow to start, going through some internal machinations before the 1st print comes out. Not a deal breaker.

Never owned a printer this noisy before. But it works great.

The all in one printer is good at all the functions it performs, printing, faxing, scanning. The photo copies are also of good quality. The scanning function intuitive and easy to use. One of the main reasons I bought this unit was the experience I had with my previous Canon all in one. It gave me 8 years of reliable duty.

I initially purchased this printer because it printed to CD/DVD's but I have found it is a great all around printer. Ink is as expensive as other brands.

Good color prints and photos. Black ink documents are not real crisp.

Good printer, it is larger and heavier than i realized. It was easy to setup but it did require more time than just plugging it in - you had to calibrate it and set up the wifi (total 20ish mins). It was worked great for both ios devices, direct plug in and wifi printing. Two thumbs up!

I have used hp printers for many years but this one is one is one of the good ones. It is a little noisy but produces great pictures. Document printing is smooth and easy. It is a little early to determine the ink use but seems to be fine so far as I am still using the ink that came with the printer. At this time I am well pleased and looking forward to life with Canon.

This is a great all around printer. I love that I can print from my mobile devices even when I'm. Not home!

It took me a while to set up all the settings. I am still trying to figure out how to enlarge a letter.

I bought this to replace another printer that was getting old. The Canon is a nice upgrade that adds AirPrint so I can print directly from my iPhone. It can be a little slow when it first starts warming up, but after that it prints pretty quickly. Nice quality prints.

Great item! Went into Best Buy with bad experience from my previous printer. This one was recommended and it’s been cost efficient since.
