The printer was very easy to set up thanks to Canon's step-by-step onscreen directions. I've run only a limited number of copies but the clarity and color fidelity are amazing. I've owned Canon photo printers in the past but the Pixma Pro 100, with little to no adjustments, produced much truer colors.

The printer is big and heavy; after unpacking I did scratch my had for some good minutes trying to find a spot for it. I love the printing quality and I really did not expect to print as many pictures as I did without running out of ink. If you have room for this printer this is an excellent buy!

I’m pretty sure the title says it all for Photos anyway. For the office, it’s too slow but works okay... Meanwhile back to photos, the colors are popping and the blend of color is outstanding. Off brand inks are cheap and because this printer comes with a FULL SET of ink, you won’t need new ones for a while. I had them price match which saved me another hundred bucks, and was happy to find there was a mail in rebate for two hundred more! Cheers to Bestbuy for price matching and cheers to Canon M... in the Riverside store for telling me about the rebate. It’s the best printer you could ever own for cheap if you wait.

I was really surprised by the quality of the pictures you can take out of the Canon Pixma Pro 100. It is a real great deal for the price. You will have to log into your computer before you set up WiFi, but works really well. I am very happy with this Printer.

This takes great photos right out of the box. Select the paper, and the color profile aligned to the paper, high quality...enjoy the results! I've always taken a lot of photographs but found sending out to the lab was not often enough. Now I have been dusting off photos from over a decade ago to print on this and reliving my old adventures! NOTE: Ink isn't cheap, don't buy it if you don't have a plan to handle the ink costs. The printer comes at a great value so i'm giving it 5 stars but the OEM ink can be expensive (though great quality); i would give the ink a 4.

What can I say? This printer is great. The pictures this thing prints out are QUALITY. Yeah it uses a lot of ink but if you want rich colors and sharp definition then you have to give something up. Easy setup and at the moment you can't beat the price for what this thing offers.

This printer is simply amazing! After a period of cautious research and learning, when I began using this printer the results were awesome. Trying different photo papers and same accolades. Unbelievable price for this quality.

This printer is very picky and things must be done just right. The rear tray is actually on top and the back tray is manual feed. The quality of this printer is second to none once you get it going. I love it and the canon support line is a tremendous help on the phone .

This printer replaced my Epson 4800. While the format for the Canon is a little smaller, it fits my current needs. Less maintenance, quick set up, cheaper ink, great support from Canon and users on the net, you-tube make this printer a snap. Great rebate program made this purchase a no-brainer.

I have only used this printer for about a week, so I haven’t had time to learn how to get anywhere close to its potential. However, it has already proven to be at least the equal of the 15 year old high-end (at the time) HP that finally died. And the price was considerably less than the HP cost when it was new even before adjusting for inflation. With no real experience with the printer, I was able to knock out 15 images of various sizes on 11x17 glossy photo paper good enough for use as artwork for a local nonprofit fundraiser in about four hours. I am a bit worried that my wife will be upset at the time I will be tempted to spend really learning to use this machine properly.

I am very pleased with this printer so far. The quality it produces is wonderful. It’s a large unit so if your concerned about space check the measurements. I am happy with this purchase and would highly recommended!

This printer is a serious photo printer. The prints are amazing. As good as the best lab. Got a great deal with the Canon rebate. Not for daily document printing but stunning prints. Ps. It’s huge.

I'm used to using a commercial grade laser printer, but the quality in full color prints was lacking. Color matching was a nightmare and detailed graphics printed out grainy. So I decided to switch to an inkjet. Not only am I getting better prints with my Canon, but it's also a lot easier to maintain than my old laser. Having my prints match the colors on my screen is extremely important to me. Thanks to Canon's Print Studio Pro, this is easily achieved. I've printed on a variety of photo papers along with matte paper and super thick card stock. I've used papers by Inkpress, Canson, and Red River, and all of them came out perfect. The colors on matte card stock came out just as bright and saturated as the photo papers. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm so impressed with this printer! The first thing we tried printing was one of our wedding photos. We had previously printed this photo at a drugstore photo counter, but we weren't happy with the quality, detail, or color matching. We couldn't believe how amazing the print from the Canon Pixma Pro 100 looked! It was highly detailed, crisp, and the colors were perfect. We printed it on the Luster paper that came with the printer, and we will definitely be purchasing more of that paper! Since then, we have also printed on glossy photo paper, matte photo paper, weatherproof sticker paper, and more. All of the results have been stunning, so I would highly recommend this printer to anyone!

This printer meets our family's needs of high quality photos at the convenience of our home. With the $200 rebate gift card from Canon, this made the purchase an awesome deal. We love the feature that it can print wireless from our cellphones and desktop computer ( also through Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom apps). I am using Canon Pro Platinum photo paper and I am impressed with the results because the deep blacks and color matches that of the image I see on my calibrated monitor. I advise you to be familiar with the different loading trays of this printer by checking their website and Youtube . It took me a pause to find where to load a 4X6 photo paper .

We used the Cannon 9900 for years until it developed the dread 5 flashes of orange, meaning the print head was likely bad, or the logic board, or...... Finally broke down and looked for a replacement and the P100 seems to be the ticket. I prints more quickly than the older printer but maintains the near photographic perfection of it's older brother. Set up was a piece of cake and the wireless connectivity makes it possible (with the cannon app) for my wife to print directly from her phone. Obviously with a phone pic the quality suffers a little but it make mama happy. As many have told me, and I have found true, happy wife, happy life.

Prints are better than on screen image, but also must consider your export settings for screen image like setting. The luster trial package that comes with the printer, is my fav. I’ve experimented with gloss premium paper, and I’m not a fan, especially considering portraiture. Setup was moderately challenging, but doable considering the cd insert tray, and paper feed options. Definitely worth getting this if you are serious about your photography, and I would check with manufacturer for rebate. I’m strongly considering pro-1000 for larger prints.

This printer is fantastic! Ink is a little expensive but the prints look amazing. Need a high resolution camera. If you plan to print picture off your phone that you took with your phone your not using this printer to its full potential.

I placed this order online and picked up the equipment at the store. The printer was large and heavy. The clerk immediately offered to bring it out to my car before I could ask. The printer was easy to set up and works as advertised. I am pleased with this purchase.

Wow. What a great photo printer, especially the price. You can't touch this quality of photo printer for the price and to top that off there is a rebate from Canon.
