Trouble connecting to laptop

The person said they had a little difficulty installing it to a laptop wirelessly but after looking at a youtube video of the installation everything was fine.

Am very happy with an updated printer

It's time saving, and much more handy in order to learn how to operate this machine like how to do the 2 sided printing. Still have n't figured it out.
