Beware of the line when you scan or copy

It scans and copies with a line going down the page. Did an automatic maintenance, cleaned printer nozzles reread maintenance --still a line. There is no line present when you print from the computer....I will have to return it today :(

Good printer , iffy sofware

Setup using WPS for ease

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This printer has been working flawlessly with nary an issue since setup; the one caveat I’ll mention is that setup was atypically difficult. In order to setup Wi-Fi printing WPS needed to be enabled. Once that was done the utility saw it immediately and added the printer to the selected network.
