The item would make copies sent from my laptop and phone but I couldn’t manually make a copy. I’ve had a few what I believe to be computer savvy friends of mine look at the printer and they are puzzled. So, on the price end of it I’m good but the performance I’m not happy. If you can help I’d appreciate it. It’s still a baby in my book.

Give that boy a raise!!! He was awesome— prompt, friendly, expert, thorough, and made sure ALL my questions and concerns were addressed. I love Best Buy snd Geek Squad!!!
