    Thanks to your EXCELLENT tech guru Nathan, I was able to get my wireless printer set up and cooperative with my 2 laptops. Give that boy a raise!!! He was awesome— prompt, friendly, expert, thorough, and made sure ALL my questions and concerns were addressed. I love Best Buy snd Geek Squad!!!

    Set up was a little difficult but once we figured it out the printer worked great, especially for the price.

    setup is a pain. Hard to get it out of sleep mode. If not in use, printer shuts off. So annoying. Especially if your on the other side of the home.
