I would have given 5 stars, but when you scan multiple documents at once, they might not be completely aligned.

If you need a printer to just print black and white documents then this printer does the trick. It struggles to do much else. Colored documents are not sharp at all, we noticed little black lines on the color printouts that would not go away no matter what settings we used. Skip this printer.

Decent for the price, scanner quality could be better but overall gets the job done

Pretty great for it's functionality, only issue is that it prints with grids when I print out images.

Have not been able. To connect to tablet. Followed instructions in manual but keep getting an error.

called cannon to help set up, they said I had a firewall problem. Called Best Buy , they got it quickly.

I do not print a lot and this is just fine for my needs.

Noisy - but works well. Had some delay in purchasing replacement ink for it - but now have a supply.

I will start with timely delivery from Best Buy. Real simple setup came with print ready cartridges which obviously needs to be replaced soon. Effortless connectivity with multiple Mac & iPhone devices. Will definitely recommend for a small household or home office

I would not recommend the printer to anyone. The company should refund the money for this piece of junk. Every time you turn off the printer, it looses the wireless connection. You have to go through and reset it each time. Tech help says that its a problem with the new Microsoft software and they don't have a fix. Isn't Microsoft the main operating system for most all computers in the US? What good is a wireless connection if you have to spend 10 minutes reconnecting each time you want to use it? Worthless. It also uses a lot of ink. Although, it does print good quality documents. I purchased this printer for a very small business and personal use. Chose this unit based on the reviews and the fact that it was wireless and that the ink supposedly lasted a long time.

Performs well both print and Scan. Has glass scan and auto fed scan.

Annoyed by auto shut off feature, always need to switch on B4 printing. Black ink is going too fast for my few pages printed.

This is an awesome little printer. I got it to use at home. It was a breeze to set up.

No comment. Couldn't get it to work with my Chromebook. Returned it. Bought a laptop with WINDOWS.

piece of junk! This was the only affordable printer I could find in stock, after my older model of this one suddenly didn't recognize any ink cartridges after 19 months of light use. After the return period ended at Best Buy, of course, this thing perpetually thinks it has a paper jam. I'm not an idiot. I know how to deal with paper jams and use electronics. This thing has a serious problem. Now I have to go through the warranty process. But I do not want a replacement I want my money back. Already got a great HP to replace it. So, I'm out about $90. I have to decide whether to use the warranty or find an amusing way to destroy it.

Machine is heavier than I thought it would be, not the easiest to set up, all instructions are online

I bought this as a Christmas preasent for my Grandson. No complaints. Curb Pickup worked great.

If you are looking for basic functions and you don’t worry about the speed of ppm, it is a good deal!
