Not for heavy printing

However, this one for the money is fine - we don't print a lot so it works for us If it lasts for a year - we will be fine. It seems light weight and the paper tray area is a "tad" fragile.

Great unit

It has been a while since I really needed/had a printer in my office but when you need one on that special occasion, you need one. Well, this one works very well for me. I even bought another one for another location.

Just wish it would have come with more ink than just the sample ones. Delivery was like within 48 hours. Not like the ink I ordered that was, "in stock!" But took a month to deliver. Wasn't happy about that!

Checked and double checked everything. But I’m thinking of returning the product. I’ll continue to struggle with it. Perhaps call your help line ???? But if It’s still a problem I’ll call back (BTW. I’m a 78 yr old widow so it’s probably me not the product)
