The product was later than first originally quoted. When i did pick it up few days later, box had some damage to it. And finally, the set up has not been as smoothly as hoped for. Been difficult to connect to phone and Chrome book. Probably would not recommend in the future.

product met all my expectations. use primarily as printer for relating information to my recipients. Would have liked to have an included product manual, but downloadable version works o.k.

Great printer, saving on paper when printing automatically on both sides of page. Big improvements from my old existing cannon printer.

Works great with my laptop but I purchased it to use with my desktop and wasn't able to complete the installation. It was not compatible with the operating system. :( Recommends replacement of black ink cartridge just after setting up. It prints several fax transmission reports during setup.

Good. Never can we figure out how to make them do it wirelessly... Oh well It works

I bought this for my daughter for a graduation gift and it is a great printer/copier/scanner. We won't use the fax function but it is nice it is there if needed. We love that it is a wifi printer also.

Does the job, no issues yet. Ink is pricey compared to most.

So happy with my Cannon TR4520 printer especially with double sided printing, flips the paper itself. Always been a Canon printer customer. Fairly easy to set up wirelessly! Good value.

Wanted to try something different from HP and Canon is a reputable brand so we went with them. Printer works fine but BEWARE. On setup, I went to fake Canon website. The 'tech' tricked me and got access to my computer. Fortunately no malware or ransomware was installed after being checked out by Geeksquad.

This printer is clearly not of the quality that my eight year old Canon PIXMA was. Unfortunately that model is no longer made. New one has worked OK so far but it's only one week. I'm not expecting much from these "disposable" printers of today.

Excellent printer but default ink is not last for long

Comes with everything you need for occasional prints and scans for your personal stuff and a bit of work - and maybe for your stay-at-home children. Need a bit of time to see how much the ink tank lasts

Set up fairly intuitive but still working out some options not desired.

I am sick of the HP connectivity and this printer doesn't have that problem at all. It is a little slow to get going sometimes but I still love it. I particularly like replacing only the ink colors I use most.

Works great and gets the job done! I would recommend this product.

I love that you can connect this to your WiFi extremely quickly. It was also a huge plus to be able to use the ink cartridges left over from my last Canon. Everyone in the family has used the printer without issue.

set it up but then had to reset it. it lost the memory to be used.

No complaints! It works like it's supposed to, what a novelty!
