Very well handled at the store. Selected the printer I wanted, paid for it, and took delivery at home.

Very disappointed in this Cannon printer. Not the first one I had but not as good. Trouble at times won't print and takes time to figure out what's wrong. Not happy.

This printer was easy to install software and it was exactly what my mother in law needed and more. She is happy with it.

Seems to be working just fine so far! Have done documents and Avery labels. Only complaint: the menu is a bit difficult to read.

This is the worst piece of machine I’ve ever bought. It’s always disconnecting off my network. It’s always off-line, and when I reset it reset the network settings give me a hard time spent a whole hour trying to fix this and I just want to throw it out the door if I would’ve known the Canon printers we’re going to give me a hard time I would’ve just stuck to the brother printers this is beyond ridiculous it’s a piece of crap and now I can’t return it because it’s way too late so now I’m stuck with it .

Quick shipping and great for a home printer! A little confusing to set up but it works great once you figure it out.
