    It is not compatable with Mac products. Cannot print or fax easily. Had to download software to my cellphone and can print and copy that way.

    I purchased this due to prior reviews. I have to say I am not impressed and wished I hadn't given it more time and returned it. The wireless connection is difficult to keep connected, it doesn't connect automatically, and we have spent more time trying to get it to connect with our devices than used it for printing. We have good wi-fi and it is constantly dropping to the printer, then is difficult to get to reconnect. When it prints double sided you can guarantee it will jam. We had to quit using that feature if we wanted a full document to print, thus wasting paper. The user manual is only available online and it wasn't that helpful to figure out various features or to troubleshoot. When it starts to print it sounds like it is going to fall apart. It is not a smooth transition while printing and if I didn't know better I would think it was ancient printer by the noise while printing.

    It’s ok. It doesn’t work for MAC but does for Other types of computers. Gavin. A hard time w WiFi and cannot print unless connected to computer.
