    I can say without a doubt that this is the most frustrating printer that I have ever owned. Have to turn it off and on to get it to print, and even then it only works about 50% of the time. I have followed all of the support suggestions to restore factory settings, unplug all cables and leave it set, etc. All comes back to the printer never ready, and having to shut it off and turn it back on to work.
