Poor quality printer

Have to restart each time printing due to lost wi-fi connection. The worst quality printer I have ever purchased.

However, it is difficult to find ink cartridges. I have ordered from several companies including Canon and it is always backordered. I would not purchase this product.

Don't fall for it as you get what you pay for. Returned it for a better Canon model.

Very POOR copy machine

I tired several times, and it is so stuck I am going to return it. It was supposed to be easy and it not only was not easy, but no help at all. It cost me $35 to copy at a copy store.

Unfortunately, this version stopped working after a couple of months.

Cheap quality but okay if you only print rarely

Jams everytime you do a scan from the auto feeder. It shut off automatically so when you want to print you have to assure the printer is on (not good when it is buetooth)

Went to print my first project and every page is blank!! Not tech savvy and couldn't afford the geek squad help with hook up. Disappointed that until I find help this was a waste of money.

I only printed enough to go through the original ink cartridge. For some reason the third sheet gets jammed so it won’t work.

After one year and this thing is already hitting the curb.

Overall poor quality print and scan capabilities. Returned after using for a couple weeks and spent a little more for a much better HP unit.
