I do not know if I got a lemon or not, but this is by far the WORST printer I have ever used. It prints so slow I could go make a sandwich while waiting for it to print simple documents. The colors are not sharp or vibrant at all and the black and white prints are faded. My previous printer was a Canon Pixma MP495, which is a very basic model and it was beyond superior. Unfortunately, I was a day late to return it to Best Buy, so hopefully Canon will replace it under warranty. I am so disappointed in Canon and would not take my chances on buying one of their printers again in the future.

If could give this printer a 0 star, I would. I have less then 5 months give it stop working, was issue at issue until I just got me an HP printer.

It doesn't hook up to fax easily like the advertisement, in fact, I never was able to get fax to work. Has issues changing settings for photo back to regular paper. Unhappy with the issue I've encountered with this printer

canon - pixma TR4520 wireless all-in-one printer - black is made of such cheap materials that the only reason this rates FAIR is that it was 50% off - but cheap is cheap.

This printer is very slow. Its even slower than my old Canon printer MX-882, which I bought more than 10 years ago. I bought it because it was cheap, but you get what you paid for.

What kind of printer stops working in just 4 months? ! Useless piece of crap. Their TECH support SUCKS !

I never got it to print via the wireless... I had to plug my computer into print. And then, it didn't even do that--I had to restart my computer and the printer three times to get it to print one page. My wife told me to let her try to fix it (she's in IT)--but the drivers available online don't even reference this model number. So, back in the box to Best Buy with it for a refund. Sorry--but it's junk. Maybe someone else will get it to work!

I am very disappointed in the Cannon PIXMA TR4520 wireless all in one inkjet printer i bought on 8/02/21. u receive a little bit of ink to set it up..i bought 2 pkgs of cannon ink and the first pkg only printed a few pages. I wish that the salesman would of told me how many pgs a box will print. there expensive to buy and I print copies for my work. I previously had a hp all in one printer ..used 902xl ink and it printed several hundred pages . My Cannon print is a disappointment.

I have had previous printers that have WiFi or Bluetooth capabilities (as literally every printer does now) and I have never had one with this many problems. It barely connects to the computer that it is wired to, and it is connected to my WiFi but will not print from anything else on said WiFi. I work in technology and have programmed everything in my house to work properly. This printer just doesn’t work properly. If I could still return it, I would. Spend the extra $10 and get a printer that works.

I hate this printer! The display isn’t backlit so I have to use a flashlight to be able to see it. This made the set up more difficult than it had to be. The print quality is ok but not great. The scan quality is very poor. My 12 year old Brother printer worked better…after 12 years!!! I wish I hadn’t gotten rid of it so quickly after I bought this piece of garbage. I hate this printer so much that I’m willing to eat the cost (because its too late to return it) just to be able to get rid of it!

This printer looked promising but set up was a nightmare! I could not establish WiFi connection between this printer and my brand new Microsoft laptop. When I called the help desk they wanted to charge me (I think it was $85 minimum) to de bug my computer. The printer barely cost that much! I returned it and bought a similarly priced Epson printer. This set up with no problem and I have been very happy with it.

Bought for my summer place.. cheap printer.. sounds cheap too.. goes offline often.. My brother printer is much better.. easier to use.. was cheaper than this canon.. Not impressed .. prefer Brother printer..

I had the worst time trying to set this printer up. Two different people tried to set it up. The second one had it printing only if the printer was right next to the laptop. Then it stopped printing altogether. It would not even print a document I put on the glass. It said no document. I can not wait to return it once the store opens.Right now the stores are closed.

As photographer who uses canon products I was exited to get rid of my older epson office printer and replace it with a new Canon printer. I downloaded the driver for the printer (OS) but It wouldn't instal. Not sure why but that ok, I'll just connect to my network. Unfortunately it will not allow enter any numbers so I cant do that. I guess I'll go old school and just plug it in. Nope, cant do that either, the only cord they gave me was phone style cord. I guess Im just going to go office space on this

Was not easy to connect. After several hours, finally found a different phone # online to call CANON that wasn't on the information included. Very nice man took me to a different site than on instructions & finally connected to my laptop. Still trying to get other functions to work like shrink/enlarge & 2 sided print. Ink is not as dark for black. Would not recommend if not technically inclined. Very disappointed with set up of this model. Set up disk would not work either.

It was loud, clunky, and ate every piece of paper that went through it. I returned it the next day.

I rated this already. I gave it to my daughter because it was not compatible with my laptop operating syste.

Worse printer ever!!! Bought brand new and every time I print, it keeps jamming the paper. Followed every youtube solution to the problem but nothing worked. Not to mention, when error messages come on ("see manual for help" message), you can't even use any of the buttons to go back. You have to turn the stupid printer off and restart. To make things worse, I ended up resetting everything again for my computer won't read the printer anymore. SO FRUSTRATED AND I SUGGEST DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER!!!

Horrible. It barely works and always messes up. Plus once it ran out of ink, it was so expensive to replace I just tossed it and bought a new different printer.

We needed a printer in a pinch so we grabbed this one. Obviously, you get what you pay for. Super slow and printing Is sub par. Wouldn’t recommend for daily use or any important documents.
