I have more trouble with the printer than any other piece of technology that I own. Spend the extra money and get a laser printer if you just need black and white

Poor quality of print for a new printer. Have had more paper jams tan one would expect from a new product. Surprisingly poor service and merchandise from Best Buy.

1. I can't register for support as the model is not showing up. 2. I have minor issue where line shows up horizontally at the end of page but there is 86 mins wait time before I can talk to tech support. 3. I tried next day and it is 55 mins wait time. There is no way to email them or chat with them. Don't buy Canon products or you will end up with night mares if you ever needed support.

It doesn't come with the Printer style usb cord that you need. Spent like a whole evening trying to get it on wifi and it was no buena Ya get what ya pay for and this was cheap

Made of cheap plastic, but it does work and has a pretty good selection of functions. If you need a temporary printer or are willing to treat it with extra TLC, you can't beat the price.

I barely used my printer (about a dozen times or less) and a paper jam just completely broke it. TRASH PRODUCT

I have only used the printer 3 time since buying it less than a month ago and now I get an error message that it needs repaired

The worst printer ever, jams , doesnt work correctly. This is useless . Do not recommend at all.

Paper jams right off the bat. Never printed well from the start either. May have been a defective unit. Bought HP instead.

I returned it, it was so hard to get connected through WiFi so I could print from my iPhone, spent hours and it worked for a minute then quit working like 5 times so I took it back. So irritating. Got a canon printer instead, it’s super easy and works great. I don’t recommend this, not easy at all to get working. Canon works great, easy to use app, can print remotely away from home too which you can’t do from this printer. Really disappointed about the one.

DO NOT BUY CANON PRINTERS!!!!!!!!!!! Our printer worked fine for over a year, out of warranty now. The printer quiet working on day, force to do a Canon update to get the printer to work again. Now the wireless program will not work after the update. TWO HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH CANON, NO HELP STILL WILL NOT WORK. I WILL NEVER BUY CANON AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY CANON PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no new black ink available for the printer, only recycled ink. The printer automatically shuts itself off and you have to manually turn it back on.

The pictures come out terrible I do not know if I’m doing something wrong but pictures are not coming out how I expected it after a couple of days the pictures stay wet

The printer we bought we thought was wifi capable. It was not and would not connect to our WiFi.

I ordered all of the items above from Best Buy. Upon looking for a great buy . I was charged three times as much, because everything was shipped separately.

The power on button is just really flimsy to the point that I feel like it might break. Just seems really cheap product.

Worked great while I had it. Shut off after a little over a year and won’t turn back on. Warranty won’t cover that GREAT

This printer has the features I need: print, copy, scan & fax; but it is complicated to operate. I plan to exchange it asap.

The printer jammed so much. I couldn't use it after 6 months.

I hardly use it, I used it roughly 4 times and now it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money! Invest in a good one.
