I still havent been able to get my printer setup. I just hate taking stuff back to the store or this printer would be back.

Bought this printer back in September of 2020. My other canon printer finally died after 10+ years of use, so I figured Canon was a solid brand to stick with. Was I ever wrong! It feels extremely cheap, shook the entire time it printed and as of last month stopped printing clearly. I was told by a Best Buy employee that they’re not made to last very long. I have to buy another printer, but I will NEVER buy a Canon again.

I picked this machine as an all in one. It is great for a beginner. However, it is slow for business use. My bad!!

I've had more problems with this machine than I'd care to admit. It NEVER seems to have the right amount of paper to its liking so I am often prompted with the "insert more paper" message, no matter how much I put into the tray. That alone makes this printer more of a headache than it's worth. It also goes through ink like its nothing. I guess I got what I paid for. Likely going back to HP.

I I was very disappointed with the service of Best Buy. The machine would not print when I received it and the would not help me get it working.

I have had this printer forfour months and this printer has jammed every single time I use it. I have been able to successfully print but only after at least 3 attempts. I am wasting paper, time, and frustration like crazy because I have to print multiple times just for one successful copy. I have tried adjusting the amount of paper I put in at a time and still no avail. Big Mistake Purchase.

The paper kept getting jammed in this printer and it just feels cheap, but then again it was only $60. I would not recommend this printer.

This orinter kept jamming as soon as i was able to synch it.... i was unable to get a pri tout. Returned

Keyboard for tying in the pass word is so confusing and idiotic, whis I could return it, but says return date has expired

Damaged in the route and was never informed. I had to call to request information and was then informed of situation. Money was out supposedly refunded to card but I haven’t see that money yet. Extremely disappointing.

WILL NOT TURN ON AFTER ONE MONTH OF USE. ONLINE SAYS NOT RETURNABLE. WILL CONTACTING THEM

Printer is ok scan function is difficult to use and printer does not stay on I use with a Mac

I need to send it back. I opened the box, set it up, and it wouldn’t take the paper, I called canon tech support to see if maybe I didn’t set it up right. I went through the process again and found out it wasn’t me, but the machine. I just need to find the proof of purchase to return.

IT COULD USE A LITTLE MORE INK OR HAVE A LEAST AN EASY WAY TO RE-ORDER THE BLACK INK. OR HAVE AN EASY WAY TO PRINT IN COLOR ONLY OPTION.

This is the second printer we have bought as of course like everyone else needed it for at home learning in the 2020 school year so didn’t want to spend too much on a printer as we really didn’t need it for much. It worked well in the beginning then stopped working. Started printing crooked. Did all of the troubleshooting and still no luck. Would not buy one of these again.

Do not purchase this Printer if you plan on using it via WiFi! We tried everything.Our Network could not detect it and neither could any of our device,Win10 PC's,tablets,phones.I've setup many Printers and PC's.This Product made it frustrating to troubleshoot.Not worth my time.returning it tomorrow.

2nd Canon PIXMA Printer that I purchased within a year and neither one held up.

Previous Canon must easier and prints were better. This new one holds much less paper and no legal size paper. This new one is a big disappointment.

Not sure if it was the printer I had but I had problems printing and my paper would jam. It was more frustrating so I got a refund.

VERY DIFFICULT TO USE SCANNER--INK FINISHED SO QUICKLY WITH VERY LITTLE COPIES. SCREEN TOO SMALL. COPIES TAKE TOO LONG.
