Terrible experience. I couldn't get it connected to my computer, and Canon provided absolutely no help getting it set up. Not only that, but when I tried to print something not using the fireless function, it jammed. Every single time. I use three different printers at work. I know how printers work. I'm 26. This was an absolute waste of my time and money.

Never buy this printer. I had a epson printer bought for $30 worked for 10 years. After the recent cartridge change, it stopped working. So I bought this printer. It ran out of ink quickly. Also i bought the refill for $57. The printer quality is very poor. In all the pages the blank vertical line comes, and some letters are showing junk. Waste of money. On top of this, i ran out of return period.

Hooked up this printer super easy, test print and everything else has jammed paper.

Apparently, it is so simple to download this app and up and ready. So far, it has not been working and when you call their 800 number you are ending in Dheli with a guy who want $3000.00 upfront before he does anything. Oh before I forget, he wanted to have a remote access from my computer, from INDIA, really. If I could give minus 5 star I would do it.

After printing pages from school and a few from other things the Ink ran out too fast. I had to return it.

The wifi feature fails after 6 months of usage. Would not recommend this.

This printer is ok but it’s extremely difficult to get it online. It takes a ton of patience plus the copier part leaves lines across the paper.

It is a little flimsy and was hard to set up as a wireless...did not have a way to direct connect printer to computer in the box....

Overall a cheaply made product. Too difficult to set up. Returned this product to Best Buy.

Garbage. Lasted 6 months before it ate paper and internal components

Set up was horrible --- numerous hours and numerous calls to Canon --- should not be this hard

Be aware you can not print labels or cards on this printer. The paper needed for these products are too thick.

Jams every single time. And can’t get any help fixing it or replacement.

it okay it very complicated connecting to wifi and also the paper jammed the first use and it still is doing it

Not and easy set up and the connection keeps getting dropped by Mac laptop and the laptop is the 2018/19 model so it's new.

Not the most user friendly to set up with wifi connection. Very slow, takes about 20 minutes to print and didn’t even have it a month and the black toner (which I mainly use) was already low. I didn’t print very many documents either. Will probably work better using a cable (which wasn’t included) to connect directly to computer rather than using wireless feature.

The canon application for printing hangs when multiple prints are in queue, drops the printer connection. when printing from the website the quality of print is so low that I prefer writing manually. And the best part is Best Buy does not allow return beyond 15 days, by the time we figure out if there is an issue or not, 15 days passes by, printer is a big waste.

I received my order yesterday so a word of warning. I bought this to fit in a small cabinet as the specifications list the width as 11.7”. In reality this printer is just shy of 17”....it didn’t fit where I needed it. It also says in one place you can fax without a hard phone line. It contradicts that in another place.. Very careless listing of specifications!

Hate it. Never connects to computer without unplugging it at least 2 times prior to use
