We were told that this printer was one of those that automatically send you ink when you were low. Well, it's not. And when we called Canon to ask for help they basically told me "too bad, we can't help you, call Best Buy. This ink is hard to find and really expensive.!!!! So is it Canon's fault or Best Buy???

Horrible product

Cheaply made, prints slow, drinks ink like there is no tomorrow. Waited to long to return, I will through out and find something else. Won't recognize.other ink cartridges, so when you install you still get messages saying ink is low or out.

Color prints are bad.

Nerwork setup first time without issues. Next day lost network settings. Took 4 tries before it would connect again. Took back to Best Buy. They treated me fine. I bought a different printer and this one works good so far.

weird issues after a year

Doesn't connect via wifi, often doesn't even work when physically connected to a computer with a cable. I have owned several printers over the years, this is easily the worst. I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to keep others from buying this.

Had this Printer 8 Months and It will NOT work

But now it keeps telling me it has no Black Ink but it DOES have Black Ink in it and will not print at all. Worst printer ever. I always have bought CANON. Never again.

Terrible item, avoid at all costs.

Constantly giving error codes, terrible WiFi reception, unlit tiny screen from the 80's on top. Tried to call Canon customer service for help and did not help at all. I have had a few Canon printers in the past that were amazing. This one was not.

I cannot return that part of the purchase so now I'm stuck paying for something I don't have. oh and they're always out of this type of ink cartridge.
