Mot good if you have an older computer

Tech support was extremely good. The instructions and the ones on the website are a joke. Installation process was a pain. This will be my only Cannon. It does run fine now and i hope it will continue.

Low on ink after minimal use

Then it wouldn’t print. Then the ink was out of stock. I called to see if possibly the ink could have been dried up, and was told I should call the manufacturer since it was no longer within the time available for a return. Not happy.

Avoid this printer

Viewed instructions and even went online an viewed video on installing did exactly as it said and just keeps saying install cartridges, Yes they are correct as they came with the printer.

Constant jamming in every feed...

I'm exhausted!

Always goes offline

After each power on and print selection the printer goes offline. Sometimes in the middle of a print, if you're lucky to get it to print, it will stop and eject the paper. I would NOT recommend this printer to anyone! I purchase this for simple print job and a can't even do that!

Awful

But this one wasn’t what I expected. Took forever to never to a network. Wps wasn’t working. Had to enter password manually. Manual didn’t explain how to use special characters function. Spent about 1 hour connecting and finally got it. Should of went with a different brand.

Had to return ot the first time Because it didn't appear to be new or miss handle. Just tp receive what i now know is actually the same computer. It was kust wiped off. So with that being said i don't trust BEST BUY! Not good business practice at all.

Bad printer

Difficult to remove paper jams--have to literally turn it upside down to open the place in the back to remove paper jams. Very difficult to get it to consistently print after using the Scan feature and completely unable to use the copy feature. Do not buy.
